Great spot for family vacation!

We stayed 4 nights with our 7 and 9 year old. Property was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was very close to the beach. The kids also loved the lazy river and pools at Waterscape. Each night, they had different activities for the kids. Our kids especially liked the Glow Party. You also have a great view of the fireworks from the beach on Wednesday.

Fantastic , as always!

This was our third Thanksgiving spent at this property and we'd never stay anywhere else in Fort Walton/Destin area. Condo is the perfect size for our family of 5 and well stocked. Love the new outdoor furniture on the balcony! The complex itself has multiple nice pools, a large fitness center and is steps from the beach.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

This unit was very clean, comfortable with 2 kings, and convenient to the pool and beach. We had a wonderful view of the beach from the deck and from inside. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware. You might want to bring a potholder and cups for small children. They only have glass glasses and cups. There is a keurig as well as a coffee pot. Pinky was great about responding to concerns. I loved the decor and furnishings. We enjoyed our stay.

Good

The stay was really good and for the most part the room was really nice just a few things that could have been cleaner. The biggest issue we had was our wristbands were not in the room when we arrived like all previous years and we could not reach the property owner for hours so we were unable to use the pool area for the first day. also the A/C was not working properly but we never complained and someone came to fix it the last day so it was known about. but overall a good stay.

Great Location, but...

This was a great location and a great property. There were a few things that were told to us after booking that really are relevant. First, the location is great. The balcony gives you a great view of the beach. The beds were comfortable and king sized. The kids bunk room was small but great for small kids. The property is a big part of why we booked, and was very nice. The owner did communicate the following prior to check in, but it bears noting in the review. She claims that you get the "basics" for the kitchen. That means that you get cooking and serving implements, plates, glasses, etc. ALL consumables are discarded between stays. There are no dishwasher detergent, no laundry supplies, not even filters for the coffee maker (you need to get basket, not cone style). There is no salt, no sugar, nothing. You get ONE roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Also, she mentions "Beach service" in the communication. That really only means you get a beach umbrella and 2 chairs, not any kind of food or beverage services. While the place was mostly clean, the kids room had dirt and sand in the corners along with a used, dried out contact lens. 2 of the 4 TVs were smart TVs. There was cable in 3 of the 4. The last one in the kids room was just a DVD player. The batteries in all but 2 remotes were either dead or missing. There, of course, were no replacement batteries, so we had to go back out and buy batteries for her remotes. I really just got tired of running out to Publix for all the random things we weren't told we would need. A cheap reusable coffee filter, a handful of batteries, and an extra roll of paper towel would have gone a long way and really should be standard at this price range. Same with dishwasher pods and laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable

Two families stayed here for a World Series baseball tournament at the beach. Location was perfect to get to Ft. Walton fields. We “sacrificed” a full beach view for the waterpark (which was great for the kids), but we still got a wee beach view. Master bed was SO COMFORTABLE! So was the balcony furniture. Overall a perfect blend. Condo had everything we needed and made for and a very nice getaway. Thank you!

Family Vacation 2022

Everything was very nice except the dryer had a horrible squeak and the bunk beds were not very comfortable with no storage space in that room. Also would rather of had one of the bathrooms with shower available without having to walk through bedroom for guests staying in bunk room and pull out couch. But that was minor problems. The patio was huge. The beds were very comfortable. Big dining room table and nice living room area. My grandson had a blast with all all the pool activities! The the location was perfect.

Wonderful Resort

Wonderful Resort. This condo unit is beautiful and very clean. Well stocked with pots/pans, utensils. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Full bathrooms in bedrooms and ½ bath in common area was a plus. Perfect family / couples’ vacation

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Balcony had more of a beach/ocean view than we expected. The extra half bath was nice to accommodate everyone. Room was comfortable. Enjoyed the resort and pool. Once we figured out correct stairs to use, it was not a long walk to pool/beach. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect comfy place to stay with my family

We enjoyed our experience here with our 4 kiddos. Can’t beat the pool and beach area being right there. The place was clean and well kept. Great place to stay!

Overview

The unit was not cleaned well at all. Dusty and linens werent Clean enough. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. No extra toilet paper rolls. No standard things such as coffee filters or sugar packets, no salt and pepper. Furniture was extremely dirty. Not enough linens supplied for 8 people. Enjoyed the beach, but the supplies need to have more and furniture was in terrible shape.

Can’t wait to go back!

Everything about this property and listing was exactly as we expected it. The entire process from booking to check in/out was smooth and seamless. The pools were awesome and our kids (aged 3-13) really enjoyed them! Just a quick walk to the beach and conveniently located to restaurants and grocery. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Amazing!!!!!

Loved the room way bigger In person!!! It was super clean and the host answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Pool was so much fun and the kids loved it. Their is also a tiki hut that serves food and drinks. Couldn’t get enough of the margaritas. I will definitely be staying here again!!!!!

Just what we needed!

Overall the property and room were just as expected! We would stay again! Pool needs a little updating, and a few things need fixed in the room, andrew updated. But overall great!

Condo was great with views of the beach. We loved the pools and the short walk to the beach

Only complaint was the floor wasn’t clean when we arrived but she offered to have it cleaned while there. Overall the condo was great. Large bathrooms and big open kitchen. Finding the condo once parked in the garage and figuring out how to get down to the pool with a stroller was a little confusing but after we figured all that out we had no issues. The pools were perfect and my kids loved it! We came after a storm so the waves were too rough but loved having the beach and chairs in walking distance. Definitely will be coming back!
