July 4th Vacation!

Gated community. Quiet, clean beach. Pools were larger than many in this area. Bathrooms located near pools were a plus. Spacious condo. Very clean. Everything you need for meal preparation. Entire family pleased with accommodation!

Everything was great!

BLU is a great property and this particular unit was perfect for our family of five adults and two kids! Parking is easy the elevator was really useful, the pool and access to the beach was lovely. We spent many hours in the hot tub and sitting around the fire outside. No complaints at all everything was great.!

Great for multiple couples!

We loved all the king suites and it worked well for our large family group. The condo was well stocked with pans, utensils, and dishes for cooking in. The listing was accurate with what was supplied. It had a variety of games and a few books. There was a playpen and highchair for the 2 year old. The property was well kept. Our favorites were the heated pool, hot tub, and gorgeous beach views. The beach service was a nice added bonus.

Large and confortable!

I took my three grown children with me, and had plenty of room for us all to spread out. Beautifully decorated beautiful view, beautiful, large patio, looking over the Gulf with comfortable furniture

Amazing stay

Amazing stay for an early family Christmas!! Beautiful condo, fully stocked for your initial needs, spotless cleanliness and super easy entry upon arrival and upon day of departure. Definitely will be back again.

Thanksgiving

My family of four, brother-in-law and his girlfriend, and my mother-in-law stayed in this beautiful condo. The 2nd floor location was perfect for easy access to the beach, pool, and fitness room. Great views of the beach. Plenty of room for all of us and great patio furniture to enjoy the views. The condo was more than equipped to handle our crew and we were all impressed with the well-stocked kitchen for all of our cooking needs.

This property was one of the nicest VRBOs I have ever stayed in. Everything about the space was superior! The beds were so comfortable. The view spectacular! Our door space amazing! Pools and other spaces were excellently maintained. Loved this was a gated property. Was traveling with my kid without my husband and gave us additional peace of mind regarding our safety. If only the weather would have cooperated the trip would have been the best! ☺️

Beautiful place to stay!

We greatly enjoyed our family vacation to Ft. Walton! The condo is a great location and it was beautiful on the inside. We loved having the gym easily accessible and parking there was a breeze. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

The condo was very nice and the complex as well. We enjoyed our stay, but was a little surprised at the worn sofa and the stains on the dinner chairs, bench, and bar stools. Also curtains need cleaning, stains as well. The rugs were dirty and need to be replaced.

Awesome property!

Great stay at Blu 201! Beautiful condo with awesome views. Large balcony with seating to accommodate all 7 adults. The wade-in pool was a hit with our grands! We even left something behind and the Coastal Vibes staff was very accommodating to send it back.

So much space!

We loved this property for our party of 7. 4BR’s is hard to find in a condo! The unit had amazing beachfront views and the heated pool was very comfortable even when it was in the 30’s!

Quiet side of the Emerald Coast

2nd floor location great for easy access to beach and parking. Quiet area of the coastline. Property was beautiful and view is 180 degrees of sand and surf. Several good amenities like gym and a firepit, perfect for fall evenings. Good restaurants in the area and quick to get to places like Publix and Wal-Mart to P/U whatever you need. Only negative is the lack of bicycle paths. There is a small sidewalk but did not take my bike out the entire week.
