Beautiful location and great host, but the beds were uncomfortable, not enough extra blankets, the dryer barely worked, and a few extras in the kitchen would have been nice (salt and pepper, spices, etc). We were looking forward to the hot tub and fire pit, but they were not working during our 7 night stay.

Wonderful beach stay

The condo was just as good if not better than advertised. Plenty of space for 10 of us, including 5 kids, clean, steps to the pool and beach. The only thing I could add is that there were 5 beach chairs and plenty of sand toys available for use - wish we would have known that before hauling ours along as we never had to use them! Couldn't ask for a better place to enjoy Fort Walton Beach.

Great for people with disabilities! 1st floor walkout

The condo was in excellent condition. Easy to access location in Fort Walton and Okaloosa Island. We have 3 people in my family with disability needs and this 1st floor walkout location was perfect for them. It made coming to the beach very easy and fun for all!

Great place!

Stayed a week in July and found the place to be wonderful. Really liked the 1st floor location with direct pool access. The unit was clean and had plenty of cooking utensils. Was able to easily communicate with property manager on a couple of small things. Being middle of July, I was suprised it wasn't crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Christmas at Blu

We love staying at Blu Condos. We chose the first floor that allowed us to walk directly out to the beach this year and it was really fabulous, but I think we actually missed looking out at the view of the beach from the upper floors. It will definitely be a hard decision when we come back next year!

We stayed at the same condo the last three years, the last two in this unit. The location and property are great! This year however, the hot tub wasn't working. Overall, great experience again.

Very nice complex

Our stay was fantastic. We stayed in another unit last year and it was fantastic as well. The condo was stocked nicely. The owners are great to communicate with and the check in was very easy. Overall there were things about the condo that I felt were sub par. The condo was not cleaned well. The baseboards and most horizontal surfaces were not cleaned other that tables, counters, etc… All bath accessories including some shower handles were loose or about to fall off the wall. There needs to be a secondary lock on the main door for security. Young Kids can easily unlock the door and go out without you knowing. If these issues were addressed this would be a 10 out of 10.

Very enjoyable.

My family has stayed in 4 or 5 different places at Okaloosa Island over the years. Blu is by far the nicest. Great pools and hot tub, only a very short walk to ocean.

Perfect family vacation

The location was great, all the amenities of Destin but less crowded. Being on the 1st floor provided easy access to the pools, beach and grills. The place was clean and new and even though we had 10 people it didn’t feel crowded at all. It was also very close to the marina so renting a boat for a crab island adventure or a fishing trip was easy. Everyone in our party loved it!

Perfect for family get together!

Blu 107 is as beautiful, comfy, and cozy as the pictures show. We stayed with our 5 adult children and the accommodations were perfect. Christmas get away, weather was 50-68 degrees. Beach was awesome, close to great restaurants, shopping, and activity rentals. Such a relaxing vacation!!

Steps from the pool and beach plus convenient to shops and restaurants. This condo has everything you need for a family-friendly getaway. Check in and out was super simple. The amenities are fantastic and all your basics are supplied. Clean and modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Outstanding. We have stayed on the Island for over 20 years. The BLU 107 was by far the nicest, largest and cleanest condo we have stayed in. The property with the two pools and hot tub as well as up to date furniture was out of this world comfortable.

Highly recommend Blu 107

We truly enjoyed our stay at BLU 107. The condo had direct access to the pool, and the fitness center was right across the hall. The condo is gorgeous and so spacious. My parents, niece (age 21) and my two teenage boys all had our own space and having 3 bathrooms was wonderful! The view was lovely! The condo is also very centrally located, Publix and lots of restaurants are within a 5 min drive. Destin and FWB as well as the airport are all very close by as well. We will absolutely book another stay at the BLU in the future. Loved being on Okaloosa Island!

Great time`

We had such a great time on our family vacation. Being on the first floor right by the pool was so convenient. We had 10 people ranging from 9 months to 74 yrs old and this unit was perfect. Management answered all of my questions so quickly and the whole process was easy and convenient.
