    Aunque Destin y sus muchas atracciones están a poca distancia en coche, este tramo de Powder White Beach es mucho más privado. Disfrutará de su espacio en la arena sin todas las multitudes y el ruido.

Hay dos literas individuales en el salón principal, y hay un sofá cama Queen en el estudio. La cocina completa está equipada con lo último en electrodomésticos ... Se incluyen platos, cubiertos y utensilios de cocina. Hay ropa de cama, toallas y una lavadora / secadora privada para su conveniencia.

    El balcón está equipado con sillas para una velada relajante en la brisa. El paisaje se completa con una vista impresionante del Golfo y los sonidos de las olas rompiendo en la playa. También estará lo suficientemente cerca del Pool como para comunicarse fácilmente con aquellos de su grupo que están en el Pool Deck.

Could Not Have Asked For Better

Everything that my son and I needed from staying here, we got. There was more than enough room for us. From the comfortable sleep arrangements, the stocked kitchen, spacious bathrooms and more, we were beyond comfortable. The balcony gave us a great place to enjoy the Gulf when we weren't at the beach. The beach service was the perfect addition as we were able to enjoy the beach every day without having to think too much. The location was amazing as well. We didn't rent a car but we were able to get anywhere we wanted through rideshares without spending too much. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

This condo was very pleasant and clean, and have everything that you can possibly need for your stay (dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc...) location was perfect, right in front of the beach and restaurants were less than 10 minutes away.

Celebrating Our 44th Wedding Anniversary

The place was very clean. Spacious and incredible ocean view. Quiet and the individuals that were setting up the beach chairs and umbrellas every day we're very polite and very helpful. We had an excellent time.

Relaxing getaway

The condo was nice, we really enjoyed our stay. We loved having the beach chair rentals. The property manager was responsive. Would recommend this rental.

Condo was exactly as shown in pictures. Condo was clean. Staff kept pool and premises clean and orderly. All check in materials were emailed and codes were sent in a timely manner. Enjoyed our stay.

Retired and Loving it!

We just spent January and February in Gulf Dunes 107. The location was perfect for us. The amenities were great! We would love it if we could stay March also. Maybe do a price cut for long term renters. Just a suggestion. Already made the deposit for next year. Thanks for sharing with us!

Great location & customer service

Great place to stay, perfect location, beautiful view, and very clean! Our first room the ac did not work properly Sunset Rentals sent out a service guy immediately. They were unable to have fixed same day but they relocated us to another condo very quickly. Their customer service was excellent!

Great Location!

Nice view from balcony, saw dolphins almost daily! Loved walking on the beach right outside our door! Kitchen fully stocked. King bed & couch comfortable. Clean towels & linens. Glad we had beach chairs & an umbrella to use! Easy ck-in & ck-out. We liked the location, many fun places to go! Condominium mostly clean but needs a good dusting (baseboards, lamps, & light fixtures) plus smells musty and could use some updates.

Absolutely safe area. Beach was beautiful. Unit was clean but could use a little update. Didn't lack for anything in the way of cooking or cleaning supplies. Nice to have covered parking. Had an awesome relaxing week. Only one downside, walked over mile down beach and when returned had a hard time identifying the complex. Why is the name of the complex not put on ocean side of building? Most were unidentified so it wasn't just Sunset Dunes. Would be great advertising opportunity.

Gulf Dunes 107

Condo was very clean and well appointed with linens, kitchen utensils, ect. Furniture was a bit dated but no problem. Internet and TV were iffy due to slow connection or none at all. If you need to work online this unit is not recommended. The unit is on the first floor so the view is of the pool and the dunes. No sandy beach view, only ocean in the distance.

Beautiful and Convenient Location

Easy check-in, beautiful location, easy access to the beach, and all the amenities of home made our stay here incredible! Already looking forward to the next trip back.

Great Family Vacation

Our family of 5 had a great time staying in this unit. It was clean, quiet, and the resort was a great place for families. It was an easy walk to the beach and an easy drive to all the fun activities in Destin. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation July 2021

I would definitely stay again.. Had a great time at this place. Actually unit was bigger than I thought I would be based on the listing but kitchen is a bit tight. Pro: location is awesome, staying on east side of building provides easier access to beach than steps on West side, nice pool view, comfortable accommodations, beautiful beach. Elevator is helpful and carts for unloading you belongs to condo. Nice covered parking. Plenty of pans etc for cooking. Con: being on the 1st floor the dunes are higher than expected so while you can easily see the ocean you can't see waves hitting the shore. Might move up 1 or 2 levels next time.

Oceanfront Vaca

We had a wonderful trip and this first floor property is located in a great location. Initially had some issues with the balcony door (wouldn’t open) but the property manager was there in no time to fix.
