love that our stay include free umbrella and chair rental. Also we didn't know till after we was leaving but they also had some beach toys for the kids.

Great getaway!

Great condo for our family of 4! Owner was incredible to work with and very responsive to any questions we had along the way! Waterscape is always a favorite of ours to stay and would definitely book through her again!

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. No bad smells. Everything needed to have a good time was there, from beach chairs to sand toys. Grest views of the entire pool area and beach. Check in and check out was easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place in a great location!

We had a great stay at this condo! It had everything we needed, and the property itself was great. The pool was nice and clean, and the beach service was perfect.

This unit was perfect for us! Very clean with modern fixtures. Great location, in my opinion. High enough to have a good view of the pools and a bit of the ocean, very quick walk to all the pools and the beach. It is loud on the balcony most of the day because you are near the pool waterfall, but the mornings are very peaceful. If you’re inside, you don’t hear much outside noise at all. There were plenty of bath towels, but definitely bring your own beach towels. Plenty of pillows, but if you like extra blankets for the bed or lounging, bring your own. There is a beach wagon, a few beach chairs, and several beach toys you can use. There is also a big container of beach/pool toys (“take a toy, leave a toy”) on the walk to the pool, which was nice! The peer provides hand soap, a bit of dish soap, few rolls of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, a few dishwasher and washing machine pods, a few dryer sheets, but if you’re staying more than a few days you’ll definitely need more. There are grilling tools, but you will need to bring a lighter. We were more than comfortable for our stay and would definitely stay in this unit again!

We had an overall pleasant stay and really appreciated how clean and comfortable the unit was. The beach view was beautiful, and the pool amenities were a definite highlight of our trip.That said, there were a few issues that made the experience less seamless than expected. We were surprised to find that some basic essentials were not fully provided. For example, the master bathroom did not have any soap when we arrived, which we didn’t discover until later in the evening. The soap in the other bathrooms and the dish soap also appeared to be watered down.Additionally, we didn’t realize until the third night that the sofa bed mattress slopes downward at the front, which made it unusable. We also had some confusion around parking at the start of our stay. The listing mentioned garage access, but we were not provided with a code. We were also told we could park in the middle lot, but the front desk advised against it due to the risk of towing, which left us unsure where to park.Overall, the property itself is very nice and well-located, but clearer communication and attention to basic supplies would make a big difference for future guests.

The best week!

We had a great week! we brought our children's (3 & 1) for there first family beach trip. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to entertain them inside and at the beach. It was convenient to everything and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Everything was nice and comfortable in the condo and the facility was fantastic for hosting a family with kids given the amenities onsite and nearby as well as the beach being right there. Other than some very minor wear and tear from being a rental condo this place was in really good condition and met our needs.

Great Family Vacation!

We had the best time at Waterscape! There was so much to do and the condo was fully furnished for any cooking/grilling that we did as well. A beach cart, toys, wave board were all provided in the condo, and the condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Super easy to check in and to reserve chairs/umbrella at the beach each day. We will definitely stay again in the future.

The property was beautifully decorated. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The property was clean with amazing amenities. The unit has a great view of the pool and beach. Waterscape is in a great location and has a lot of fun activities for the whole family!

Grandparents with grandchildren

The condo was in perfect location to everything we needed. We came down to spend time with grandchildren that live in the area. It was perfect for all of us. The kids had a great time. Boy 16years old and girl 10 years old. It was clean and the perfect size.

Nice property

This place was a very nice condo to enjoy our mini family vacation! Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. 2 elevators were down, which did make for very long waits, but we mostly took the stairs. Close to the Ft. Walton airport, and nearby good food options. The partial ocean view was definitely enough to see some sand and plenty of ocean!

Unit B410

Communication with property owner was excellent. Flexible on early check in was a bonus. Unit had great view of all pools on property and ocean. Could stand to use a good deep clean. Baseboards, hvac returns, cabinets, baths, dishware, etc. Great place for families. Overall was pleased and would definitely stay again.

Great Condo and Location!

The condo is extremely clean and has a great view of the pools and the ocean. Our boys stayed busy the whole time whether is was at the pools or on the beach. The location seemed to be close to everything. Stephanie was great and very responsive with questions. She also gave great recommendations for local restaurants/foods. We tried most and loved them all. We will be back!
