Hermoso condominio frente a la playa 3BR / 3BA con vista frontal a la playa en la isla de Okaloosa, que incluye una habitación adicional con literas, con capacidad para 10. Encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y dormitorios. El espacioso dormitorio principal está en el lado de la playa con entrada al balcón frente a la playa. El baño principal es INCREÍBLE: te hace sentir como si estuvieras en un SPA. Las áreas de sala y comedor también están frente a la playa con otra entrada al gran balcón frente a la playa desde la sala de estar. Incluso obtienes una gran vista desde la cocina bien actualizada. Gran capacidad de almacenamiento, encimeras de granito, excelentes electrodomésticos. Lavadero independiente para su conveniencia con lavadora y secadora grandes. Fort Walton Beach ⛱️ Vacation

Our vacation trip to Fort Walton Beach was great ! We stayed at Azure #504. It was perfect for our family. We had family in other rooms at Azure as well. We all stayed in 3 bedroom units. Azure was an awesome place for the 23 family members to Beach trip together. Will be going back again

It was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, and had an amazing view from the balcony! The unit could use some paint on the walls and some furniture upgrades, but is still a great unit! Our oldest grandson especially loved having his own “bunk room” as a bonus bedroom! We definitely plan to use Brooks and Shorey for future trips!

Reviewer Comments: I love renting from Brooks and Shorey, however Azure 504 really needs attention, the pantry door was off the hinge at the bottom, fridge light was out, washer had rust, beds in all rooms VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, all bed pillows so flat I had to go buy some, no extra blankets or sheets, patio furniture a chair was broke,pans were old, door lock battery died, B&S came right away and fixed, toilet wouldn't flush, B&S Had maintenance come fix, other that than we love ft walton!

The only negative point I feel I have to make is that the umbrella set up/beach space is less than desirable. I have stayed at various condos in Fort Walton which have umbrella/chair set up services; however, I have never stayed at one which allowed set ups in front on the condo umbrella/chair set ups. Despite having a front row set up of three umbrellas/chairs, others set up their personal umbrellas a chairs directly in front of us which is not allowed at other condos and created a tight space which I did not expect on the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in various Azure condos for previous vacations, and it is one of our favorite beach locations! We loved the 5th floor view! The condo accommodated all of us well, especially with the extra bunk bed room for the kids. The decor could use some updating (scratches on the furniture), as well as a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Issues with one shower not working due to corrosion,one dirty shower, and some slimy residue on a night stand were quickly attended to by maintenance and cleaning crew. Access to a seafood market across the street and great restaurants close by enhanced our dining options. The pools were heated and well maintained. The included umbrella and chairs made the beach experience perfect!

The pictures on the website are very deceiving. it did not look at all what the pictures looked like. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED.....I THINK I DESERVE A REFUND FOR PART OF THE STAY..I HOPE THAT WHOEVER OWNS CONDO WILL UPDATE OR TAKE MORE PICTURES OF THE WAY IT LOOKS BEFORE SOMEONE SPENDS THIS AMT OF MONEY ON VACATION.. I WOULD RECOMMEND AZURE BUT NOT THIS CONDO.

Nice place that fit our family, but needs some updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Starting from the beginning: condo was ready much earlier than check in time which was very nice!! But you could tell the cleaning was quickly done. Found many things under furniture and lots of sand in the unit. We were thankful to get in earlier but the cleaning could’ve been a little better even if this meant closer to the 4 pm check in time. Rental fit all of our needs, bathrooms were ideal and the bedrooms were ideal for our group of 9 of us. The bunk room could use a tv. The biggest complaint would be the lack of kitchen utensils. Not many silverware and there was not many pots/pans. There was no pot to cook things like pasta etc. The bed in the bedroom with the small bathroom could use a new mattress badly. The closets were good sizes and made it easy to store our luggage. The view to the beach was amazing but the furniture on the balcony could use a refresh. The whole condo itself was perfect. Never had a problem with elevators, bathrooms right by the pool, and vending machines on site. Parking was easy and always available. Two pools made it easy to always find a spot and made the pools not very crowded. The kids loved the splash pad. The distance to the beach was perfect. Staff is pretty strict but were nice. Overall we would stay in the condo again, but would try a different unit.

We had a great stay in this very spacious condo. It’s in a perfect location to enjoy the slower pace of Fort Walton, or just a quick drive to the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. The building was quiet and everyone was helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything from start to finish was easy peasy. We had no issues at all for the week we were there. We enjoyed the condo and the beach service was a extra bonus. I would love to stay here again!
