*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

Three of us enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo right on the beach. One of us has mobility issues and since the showers did not have grab bars the property manager, Beverly, got us a shower seat. As mentioned in description there is only starter toilet paper, paper towel, and dishwasher detergent. If you need coffee l, salt, pepper… be sure you get it ahead of time. We enjoyed all the great cookware and utensils.It’s also great having a nice washer and dryer AND we so enjoyed the free beach chair and umbrella service.

A great property on Okaloosa Island!

Plenty of room for our group of six. We decided to come down to the Azure property because of the third bedroom/bathroom for the price. We knew others that had stayed on this property and had a great experience. It didn’t disappoint. Two large pools allowed for enough space to spread out and with the splash pad up and working, the kids had a blast. Also, a plus to have daily umbrella/beach service included. For a property of this caliber, I would suggest larger/updated television in living room. Overall, great views and a wonderful experience!

Nice relaxing getaway

Had a wonderful vacation at Azure 403. The place was clean, conveniently located, and in my opinion, just the right amount of guests. The complimentary chairs and umbrella on the beach was nice as we spent most of the days there. Communication was good, most things I needed were sent directly to me via text messages before and during the stay. Would have no problems recommending or going back. I have a few observations for potential guests, not necessarily game changers but just something to keep in mind: 1) The parking garage. While not big, there are very steep ramps connecting the floors. If you have a low sitting vehicle, would definitely recommend parking on the bottom floor and not having to use the ramps at all. i have a midsize SUV and I bottomed out and scraped coming down from the upper garage floors. Also, there are no elevators that connect the parking garage to the condo itself. Your best bet would be to unload your vehicle directly in the front of the complex where the elevators are, and then park. 2) Toilets. The toilets are very low, especially in the larger bedroom near the balcony. My parents, who are in their 70's, occupied this room and did report having some issues sitting and getting up. For those not as flexible or strong, I'd recommend not using that particular bathroom. 3) Cups, bowls, plates. I only saw these in glass form. You might want to bring your own plastic ones if you have kids, or just don't want to use glass.

July Vacation

Communication was great from the beginning of the booking process. The unit and property was very clean. Having the beach chairs and umbrella available for the week was wonderful! The size and cleanliness of the pools and hot tubs were awesome for the size of the complex! Be aware that there is no shade around the pools. There are a few chairs that had shade after 4:30 pm, and they were a hot commodity. A few umbrellas at the pool would be nice for people that are sensitive to sun or just need a break from it. We’ve stayed at the Azure twice and both times have been great!

We had a great beach vacation! The condo was exactly as advertised. Our balcony view was outstanding and the beach was even better. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.

Great place for a family

We had a great time at Azure. Place was clean and spacious. Kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Right on the beach with 2 big pools. Several restaurants within walking distance. Definitely would reccomend!

OKALOOSA Island Beach Vacation

Good trip. Water wasn’t great this year, but enjoyed ourselves as usual. Comfortable King size beds. (3) Nice balcony Nice Pools and nice hot tubs. Could use a new ceiling fan in Master. It would be nice to see carpet removed from bedrooms. Need a couple more Dish cloths and Drying dish towels. Master Shower needs more attention. Otherwise, I would stay again.
