Pelican Isle 205 is a gorgeously decorated condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Okaloosa Island. The light and welcoming decor provides a truly at-home ambience from the moment you enter. Upon entering, you will find the bedroom on the right, featuring a large TV and bright decor and furnishings. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. Nestled in the hall area on the right are twin bunk beds with high-definition Visio 24-inch TVs. At the end of the hallway is a stackable washer/dryer, allowing you to pack light and leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The well-equipped kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, and all the utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads into the dining area and living area, allowing for plenty of space for the whole family. Step into the inviting living area, boasting a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, as well as a TV and DVD player.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is included from March through October.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Loved the view. Clean, most everything you need in the kitchen. It did seem like some of the measuring spoons/ cups were missing but we were able to make do with what was available. Ifcooking every meal or staying longer than 2 nights, take toilet tissue, laudry detergent and dish detergent. Would stay again.

Clean and Close to everything

The condo was perfect for my wife and me. The beach and pool are steps outside the condo. The staff is cordial and efficient. Parking was a breeze and the location is just minutes from great food and shopping. The condo itself was clean and well equipped. We would stay here again!

Anniversary trip

Sitting outside watching the sunrise is stunning. Such a beautiful place to spend a few days away from the rush of work life. The place was spotless. Had a comfortable bed. The only thing we found that we were not impressed with, was a musty smell. Perhaps the unit was sitting for a time without any air circulation.

Power Outage

There was a power outage for nearly 3 and a half hours that completely FUDGED our evening. We traveled 140+ miles and spent the evening in our $300+ condo in pitch darkness with no word from anyone about what happened, what was being done, etc. I want a refund of some sort.

Vacation/Anniversary June 2023

The property and condo were great with one exception the ice maker didn’t work. Management sent someone to check it out and they told us it should be making ice shortly but it never did. Management did check with us about the ice maker and we told them it wasn’t working and we would buy ice. All in all we had a great time at the beach, eating great food and shopping.

Pros: View, beach access, beach service, updated kitchen, cold A/C, plenty of parking. Cons: Small balcony with too much furniture, mattress has hills and valleys in the memory foam, no blankets of any substance, dust on all upper surfaces, black mildew on vents, fridge ice maker broken and they didn't fix the entire week of our stay, bathroom tile absolutely filthy with black and dk brown on the ivory grout, needs re-caulked around fixtures. Unit is not being maintained or deep cleaned. Will not stay in this unit again or a Vacasa managed unit. No games or beach items for use. Disappointed.

Perfect Ocean View

880 santa rosea This place is awesome!! ...just like photos...very clean... Love that the balcony is open wrought iron fence so you can see the ocean from where you are, even if you're sitting inside. You hear the wave rush as well. What a lovely place to be!! This condo room is in the middle of the building on one side is the pool/hot tub and on the other is the walkway to the beach. The couch bed was sleepable...wasn't as bad as others...no springs to poke, but there are support bars that hold mattress...I slept sideways pretty good...listened and watched the waves of the ocean... There are several pillows... but No soft ones ...I forgot mine...there were books to read and info about the area. Lots of electrical sockets. Storage. Kitchen is well stocked, and pretty much all one needs....but no measuring cups. I found only one hot mit..no scrubby ... I always fix breakfast...scrambled eggs need a scrubby lol There are bunk beds built-in with each a TV and also a small fan...nice option. Along the hall wall are places to hang ...most anything, jacket, hat..... Two baths...one with a walkin shower and the other tub/shower. All sorts of storage. Big closet... Although most of the times I have booked with this company the communication was great...however....this time when I text and/or emailed they were slow to answer. Maybe I should have called? Could have instructions for the television. I couldn't find local stations for weather and such...I did finally figure out how to watch it...lol I will go again ...hope next spring break!!

Nice condo with gorgeous view/access to beach

Nice condo in good condition. It overlooks the beach and there is beach access on the property (no need to drive once there). Also, the air conditioning works extremely well (we had to turn up the temp due to the coldness of the a/c - this does not happen often). This is a nice value for the price. We would go there again.

Love Pelican Isle

We’ve been coming to Pelican Isle for several years and love it. This year was one of our best trips. Unit 205 provides everything you need. It has a beach vibe with the pastel colors and decorations. Great view from the balcony. The new mattress was great. I have a finicky back but didn’t have any problems. We recommend this unit without hesitation. Hope your trip is as good as ours.

Horribly horrible

Non functioning dryer. Multiple people in our unit without my permission to take pictures, hang lights, look at broke dryer. Owners of this particular unit approached me from the balcony and were questioning me on the condition of the unit, if it was painted, etc. When I mentioned the broken dryer to them they said they didnt have a clue. Yet the maintenance man said he was out the week before and they were fully aware. It was super awkward and disheartening.
