Sola Azul is part of Sola Mar Retreats, a family-owned boutique collection of thoughtfully curated coastal stays, hosted by local owners with more than 15 years of hosting and ownership experience. Our family personally designs, maintains, and hosts each home, paying close attention to the details that help our guests relax and truly enjoy their time at the beach. We know you have many vacation choices, and we are grateful you chose to stay with us.

HOUSE RULES
• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay.
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Guests must complete the Happy Guest portal within 48 hours of booking to upload ID, sign the rental agreement, and receive check-in information.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM | Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Easy self check-in via personalized door code.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.
