We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was just like you see in the photos, and had everything we needed for our week stay. We were able to walk into Seaside and Watercolor, but also utilized the bikes that were provided. The beach was a ten minute walk, and it was warm enough the first week of April for us to swim in the ocean. We took an Uber to the Publix for some groceries, but we probably could have rode the bikes. Jim was a wonderful host, accommodating and quick to respond to texts. We would definitely return!

Perfect stay! Loved everything about this place - from the location to the attention to detail. Could not have been more comfortable and felt like we were at home. Walking or biking distance to everything we wanted to do! Can't wait to visit again!

Our trip was perfect. The property was not only new but also in pristine condition. It may have been the cleanest apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Everything, from the kitchen equipment to the décor and bedding, was high quality and thoughtfully selected.The outdoor patio was a great feature and the perfect place to relax in the morning or unwind before heading out to explore Seaside. The location was excellent, especially with the bikes provided. It was only about a three-minute ride to the nearest beach access, making it incredibly convenient.We also really appreciated the beach amenities. The cooler, chairs, umbrellas, and towels made beach days effortless and saved us from having to buy or bring our own gear.From booking through departure, Jim was exceptional with communication and hospitality. He was kind, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in ensuring guests have a great experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better host and would absolutely stay here again.

This listing is highly rated for a reason. Great location, clean and well equipped with finishes you’d expect in a custom home. As a side note, I’m very sensitive to smell and we had no problem here. Kind and helpful Host. Would stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect. We loved walking to the beach and riding the bikes to Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park. Jim’s place is very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed is so comfortable too. We enjoyed having a glass of wine on the outdoor deck overlooking their beautiful backyard-we even saw a few white-tailed deer. We definitely feel recharged after our trip. We can’t wait to go back!

Comfortable relaxing stay

Jim & his wife have done a wonderful job decorating this beautiful place. They have thought of everything. The bed was so comfortable. It is located in a beautiful neighbor and in a very convenient location to seaside. It was super easy and quick to get to the beach. We loved everything about it and can’t wait to go back again!

Home away from home

Jim’s charming cottage checked all the boxes. Bike ride or walk to Seaside. Same for the beach! We rode the accessible bikes to the tennis center several days during our stay. Large TV in the bedroom, comfy bed, and good space for two. Pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Overall

Great location, great scenery, great food, great living conditions, and most importantly, great hosts. Couldn’t recommend it more as it’s a great place at only a 5 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the Seaside Square.

Perfect get away location

We have been to 30A many times as a family. This time it was just the two of us. Jim and Debbie are gracious hosts and the carriage house was perfect. Tastefully decorated, very clean and a great location. We like to visit the beach and Seaside but love to retreat to a quiet place for the evening. This fit our needs perfectly.
