"Paradise Found on 30A" is a luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in Eastern Lake Village, right in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Description of ocean and bay view was totally false! No water to be seen at all. Satchets everywhere in condo trying to cover up seafood smell from shop shop below. Parking is a nightmare, everytime we left the condo, we came back to someone in our deignated space, very overpriced for what you received. Golf cart was the only plus to $$$$. Cleaning was midrange at best. We left a day early to get the heck outta the chaos

Great location, very cozy

We were so happy with our choice! This condo was centrally located to so many points of interest. We could cruise in the golf cart and head up towards Seaside or down towards Deer Lake Park which was a great access to the beach. Loved that we could walk two min and enjoy coffee or wine or ice cream. So many helpful shops nearby. We had nightly entertainment at The Old Florida Fish house. The cart was such a great amenity, so were all the beach items. The beds were cozy. Our only “notes”, wish the condo provided cooking spices or coffee supplies. A cooler and ice packs or beach towels would have been awesome too!

Great location/amenities!

Beautiful little condo perfectly situated by East Lake and the beach. The golf cart made it super easy to get around and having coffee, fresh seafood, wine, and Old Florida Fish House as our backyard was great. Nice kitchen and comfy beds. We will definitely come back!

Condo was great for our family of four. AC on first floor wasn’t working upon arrival, but was promptly fixed the next morning. Location is a little noisy due to traffic from popular restaurant behind the condo. Half a mile golf cart ride to the beach.

Horrible Stay- Smells, hosted by company who “doesn’t have to follow VRBO” rules

PLEASE BEWARE** While this property was very nice we we’re very unsatisfied with our stay. The service in the building is horrible and wifi only works upstairs. The smart tv in the master bedroom doesn’t have enough connection to wifi to actually watch tv either. The description of the property is also misleading claiming there are gulf and lake views when there are views of neither from this unit. There is also a strong rotten fish smell from the seafood market below so please be aware of that. It was pretty and nice but not what we thought we were getting and very sketchy the way it is hosted. We received our check in codes early so when we arrived 2 hours early we thought we were free to check in. About an hour later I received a undisclosed charge for $228.20 to my card and reached out to the “owner” Coastal Dreaming Vacations. They were very rude and said this was for arriving early, something we did unknowingly and tried to explain. They did not care. We were told we denied an inspector and housekeeping which was not true. No one knocked and there is a ring to prove it. I was also questioned on my service dog and disability by the company. They claimed their “inspector” alerted them about the dog, when in fact I sent a message months ago as a courtesy even though it is in VRBO policy that my service dog is aloud and I am not to be questioned. The company stated that they are their own company and do not have to follow VRBO policies as they use it just for marketing. This was not what we wanted to hear since we book through VRBO for the added peace of mind and have never had issues before this stay. Very untrustworthy and unprofessional hosting. Never dealt with issues like this with any other VRBO stay.

Nice condo

The condo is nice but we had several issues upon arrival. Property is managed by Coastal Dreamin Management so you had to deal with them and not the owner directly. We arrived right before the management business was about to close. The door code was wrong but fortunately they gave us a master code. Couldn’t find golf cart keys and there was no binder or helpful info regarding the area/ beach access, etc. There was no emergency number to call (except a maintenance line). We eventually figured things out but it was a rough start. Also, we were sent info to a pool but management company told us conflicting info. differently multiple times. Eventually, they said the condo changed owners and we no longer could use the pool. Very unhappy to find this out AFTER arrival.
