Enjoy a breathtaking view of the beautiful white sand beaches, Gulf of Mexico blue water, and unforgettable sunsets from our 10th floor balcony.

This one bedroom, two bath condominium unit is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences to make your stay truly comfortable You’ll easily sleep six people with an enormous king size bed in the master, a bunk bed in the hall, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining room table seats four and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats two. The well-equipped kitchen is sure to inspire fine culinary creations.

Pelican Beach Resort features a selection of amenities which include a choice of three pools, , fitness center including wet and dry steam rooms, two tennis courts, and a hot tub, conference center, pool/beach bar, deli, tennis courts, covered garage parking, game center and much more!

Pelican Beach Resort is a non-smoking property, including the beach. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

PELICAN BEACH RULES
• No tents, canopies, or similar structures allowed on the beach.
• No glass bottles.
• No dogs allowed on the beach.
• Private chairs, umbrellas, and cooler set-ups are ONLY allowed behind the beach service set-ups.
• Pelican Beach Resort offers Beach Set-up. 2 Chairs + 1 umbrella is $35 a day or
$175 a week. Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm. 7 days a week from Mar 1 - Oct 31,
2020. Call or go online to book and reserve your beach set-up! If you’re on
property, visit the beach rental hut on our beach and see what’s available

• Parents are allowed on a temporary basis and for short periods of time to sit on their chair or towel while watching small children at the water’s edge. However, no coolers, beach bags, or umbrellas are allowed. Please respect the guests in the front row.
• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the beach. No Cigarettes, No Marijuana, No Cigars, No Vaping, No Hookah pipes, and No E-cigarettes.
• Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Smoking areas are clearly marked and permitted near the Tiki Bar and parking garage. Marijuana is illegal Okaloosa County.
• Please keep music to a low volume.
• Please avoid foul language.
• Before leaving the beach, place all trash in garbage cans located at our beach entrance.
• No coolers larger than 42 Quarts.
• Stay off the Dunes.

Super disappointed in the actual room. Smelled musty and wasn’t very clean. Mattresses were HORRIBLE! The man bed was so hard, we thought we’d try the pull out (to hear the ocean waves) only to find a dirty mattress. We found sheets and tried but it was so thin and uncomfortable. Decor is outdated and could use a good cleaning. Water pressure and temperature was terrible. One toilet didn’t flush well. No coffee, though there were filters, sugar and coffee pot. The view was amazing and I assume that’s what we paid for because it’s definitely over priced. Was super disappointed to learn a couple towns down was much less expensive for much more beautiful homes. Positives:Gorgeous viewsEasy beach accessChairs and umbrella to use (saves 50)Close to shopping/eateriesNegatives:Outdated decor/furniture Musty smellDirty floorsNot enough blanketsNoisy (could hear neighbors in bed)No coffee (even cheap motels have coffee!) Excellent stay!

We had a great vacation in Destin and at Pelican Beach. The condo was exactly as described and we had enough space to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the tiki hut that served snacks and drinks. While I wasn’t too excited about having to reserve chairs, it ended up working out perfectly, so we didn’t have to take a lot of things to and from the beach. Make sure to bring quarters for laundry as the unit does not have a washer and dryer in it, which is not the owners doing. And make sure to rent chairs early! Tom made sure to check in a few times throughout our stay and I appreciated his timely response before we arrived with any question that I had. We are hoping to be able to come back!

Property is very nice. Pools and common areas are kept very clean. Beach is beautiful as are the pools Need to drive or Uber to any restaurants which can be expensive. Staff is ver nice and I would definitely stay again.

Spring break

Everything matches the description, we had a great time and enjoyed the fully furnished unit. We have stayed in the building before, but never on the 10th floor. Great view! Can’t wait to get back next year!

Beautiful location

We had an amazing time at the beach! The condo was right on the beach as advertised. The building can get a little crowded when trying to get up to your floors but nothing about the apartment or the building can ever take away from the view and the time we spent out on the beach or pool. We would recommend to anyone and will stay again.

Ocean veiws

It was incredibly beautiful to see and hear the ocean right on the balcony. You can walk right on the beach from the ground floor and there were 3 pools that we used at least one every day after swimming in the ocean. The location is amazing too. This property is a must stay and we will definitely be back.

Best family spring break trip ever!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at this condo! There was plenty of room for all of us with a kid in each bunk bed and one kid on the pull out couch. The view was breathtaking and could see dolphins from the balcony! The pools were a lot of fun and we appreciated the fact that they were all heated. There’s a cafe downstairs that serves breakfast and lunch and a tiki bar close to the pool and beach that serves things like smoothies and adult drinks. Tom was extremely quick to respond to our questions. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon.

Incredible Condo and Stay in Destin, FL

This condo is gorgeous and well kept! Checking in was a breeze. And we had no problems in our stay in Destin. The view of the ocean from the deck of the condo is something I wish I could’ve “taken home.” I appreciate the host, Tom, and thank him for making sure everything was ready even before the check-in time on Tuesday. Don’t miss out on this condo. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic owner and property

My wife and I come to Destin every year for our anniversary and this year was no different. Tom was extremely quick with communication and made a sometimes cumbersome check in process a breeze. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean and the view is amazing. We are already thinking about our next trip down!

No SLEEP, noises, construction?

Property such as workers and food ect Awesome!!!! Water and beach beautiful!!! Issue that ruined it was the rest and sleep I did NOT get once in our room. From all angles soundproofing don't seem to exist. It's vacation so people should be able to sleep and not get up at 7:00 8:00 or 9:00 if they so choose. I'm a second shift worker and I'm flexible but just not flexible when it comes to whatever the noise around me and especially behind my headboard at various times ALL week!!! Felt like it was coming from the walls like steel on steel 🤔weird and just start EARLY in the morning. The last day Friday we stayed up in the room due to the really windy/cloudy day it was, watch a movie, ect. Instead had banging sanding and anything else you want to think of from the front of the condo to the back it was terrible to just chill out on our last day and not be able to. Roomie experienced the lack of sleep on our last night due to the workers from Friday coming back in Saturday morning early (she said noises started at 6am). I told her welcome to what I experienced all week. Anyway if any kind of maintenance is going to be done around a particular room when someone chooses it or even after the fact and the owner is notified of it, incoming renters should be allowed the opportunity to change their plans if they choose or compensated. Either way notified. People going on vacation for fun, rest and relaxation, a lack of sleep interfers with that for sure. Just being real I needed to destress on this vacation and it became the opposite. Sorry I'm not a daytime napper so no sleeping on the beach to make up for lack of. I realize that they have a lack of cleaners available but the job should still be done. If they didn't do the job right credit the renters back and deduct them for job not done correctly. If owner was unaware of construction maybe he should be compensated and pass it on. We all work hard for our week's vacation. Resort workers, food, amenities 5⭐'s. Condo 2⭐'s P.S I never do reviews.

Paradise

This was our first time to Destin and we will definitely be back! Tom was great to communicate with. The condo was clean and set up was perfect for our family…we all had our own space to chill out when needed and be together when we wanted that too! The view from the balcony is so dreamy, pictures can’t even do the emerald green water and white sand justice! The pelican is an awesome property! My kids enjoyed the snow cones at the shack down the beach and the tiki bar was awesome for food and adult drinks.

Perfect Getaway

This property was very clean upon our arrival. The condo was perfect for a family of 5. Our kids loved the bunk beds in the hallway. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean. We could see dolphins clearly from the balcony. Pelican Beach Resort is a wonderful, kid friendly place. There were 2 outside pools and 1 indoor/outdoor pool. We enjoyed the adult hot tub as well as the family one. The beach was just a short walk from the exit of the building. The Tiki Bar sells drinks and food during the day. Our kids enjoyed the snow cones on the beach as well. Overall, we had a great time in Destin. We hope to return in the near future.

Need more bathroom towels and wash clothes

It was a great location. The cleanliness was lacking, we found dirty clothes in the bedroom drawers. Also there were dirty toothbrushes between the sink and shower on the floor. Need more towels and wash cloths for the number of guest. Only 3 wash cloths for occupancy of 6.

Super friendly!

I love how easy it was to interact with those enjoying this location. The facilities were kept up like the pool being cleaned first thing in am & sand being blown out of the walkways so it felt fresh every am, i love the organization of the chair / umbrella placement , size of the pools, tiki bar, excellent cafe, very kind servers checking on you literally- you order while on the perfect beach-, i felt safe and it was simple to get a family of six around. Despite the obvious traffic that comes from beach season. I have so many positive things to say!!!

Condo and view were amazing

The only down fall to this place is the beach and umbrella/chair rentals. There were 5 rows of 33 umbrellas and chairs. If you didn’t rent an umbrella you had to sit behind the rentals. There was no view of the ocean. Once umbrellas came down around 4-5p the beach and ocean was amazing! We attempted to rent chairs and umbrellas but the first couple rows were reserved a year in advance. The sign says weekly rentals available but they stopped doing that.
