Welcome to Gretel. This duplex is located in the heart of Fort Smith and near the historic downtown area. Only minutes away from Baptist Health, restaurants, the National Historic Site and the famous Judge Parker's courthouse. Enjoy Fort Smith's river front park that is friendly towards joggers, taking strolls and cyclists alike.

Within the home you will find updated amenities such as appliances, laundry utilities and bathroom essentials.

An intimate space, this 1 bedroom unit (1 Queen bed) features and 1 bathroom. The kitchen features solid shaker cabinets and granite tops, stove, electric range, refrigerator, coffee maker and stocked pan/dishes and utensils! Don't bother with the laundry mat, a full size washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.

Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided.

Living Room: The living room seats two people and has a 40 inch 4k Smart TV. There are some channels but you'll feel at home with your own steaming services.

Bedroom: The bedroom features a Queen size bed with large closet. A portable fan, iron and ironing board are stored inside the closet. The bedroom has a make-up desk, hairdryer, make-up towels and mirror.

This unit offers free off street parking or a carport can be accessed through the paved alley.

We provide pest control, lawn care, high speed internet and it comes fully furnished.
