This fully updated 3 bedroom house includes king, queen, and 2 full size beds and is walking distance to the Monument, Fort, and brick street downtown. One small step to enter and walk in shower for easy access. Home has central air and heat for your comfort. Kitchen has a full-sized fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher to make meals a breeze. Master bath has a tub and other full sized bath has an ample shower. Large laundry room with new appliances. Keyed entry pad makes check-in a breeze. Plenty of room for parking. Black out shades for bedroom windows. Beautiful covered porch to relax on.

This was a great place to stay for our visit back to our hometown for a special celebration. Very convenient right there in this Beautiful little town. Renee went out of her way to accommodate us three friends who hadn’t seen each other for many years! Altho we weren’t there long this place is definitely a keeper for future trips!Once again….Thx for your hospitality Renee!

This home was beautiful and perfect for our stay. You can tell exceptional thought was put into every detail. The space feels recently updated. Everything worked well, from the showers to the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. I have to say the photos do not do this space justice. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all open concept, which cannot be captured in one picture alone. It's really beautiful. And the covered deck off of the dining room is great. It was perfect weather to sit out there with our family catching the breeze on a 75 degree day. The neighborhood is the best. It's so calm there that you barely see traffic. And when you do, it's often somebody in their golf cart (even though there are no places to go golfing that I know of). We just love it. Especially how every single home is kept up, including the lawn and landscaping. It's like a neighborhood that should be used in movie. We were so pleased with our entire experience at this home that we will most definitely book again when visiting our family.

Wonderful Weekend

My husband and I traveled to Fort Recovery, OH for our baby shower with my family and friends. The property was well kept and clean. The neighborhood was small and quiet. Gave small town / hometown vibes. The only recommendation we had is for the bathroom off of the dining room - there was hardly any water pressure when showering. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Perfect for the Family

This property was exactly how it appears online. It’s very clean and updated and in a great location in town. Great place to stay if you’re visiting family in rural eastern Ohio or western Indiana. Looking forward to staying again the next time we visit family.

Great Rental.

This rental is very nice. It is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings are very appealing. Although we didn't cook while at the rental, it appeared that there would be anything one needed to do so. Check-in and check-out are easy. Renee is quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely recommend this Fort Recocery rental!

Everything you need

My favorite aspect of the property is that it came equipped with all of the toiletries and necessities many other rentals ask you to bring yourself. Renee was one of the most responsive owners I've ever interacted with, the property was very clean and check-in was quick and easy. If I were ever in the area again I'd certainly repeat the stay.

Great house to stay in!

Our family of four, along with our married daughter, her husband and baby stayed in this home for five days. The house was clean, comfortable and cute, with up to date furnishings and decor. The kitchen was well stocked, so we were able to easily make our meals. The beds were super comfy! We would stay again if we return to the area!

Unknown Gem

In a town with no other accomodations ( as far as I could find) this property was a blessing to us. We were in town for a funeral and it was wonderful to have a place close and convenitnt to all the events of the weekend. The inside is wonderfully remodeled. Everything new. Very comfortable and quiet.
