The property was clean and spacious Our host was readily available to answer any questions, she even provided the house with thoughtful touches that allowed us to enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for us. The kitchen was clean and stocked with coffee and miscellaneous items for us to use. The patio was comfy - lots of games to choose from. The second bathroom was away from the bedrooms, so a bit inconvenient. We took advantage of the beach towels and chairs to enjoy a day by the ocean - relaxing Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Would recommend staying here!

Not as advertised. Listing photos are very misleading and certainly not recent. Only stayed 3 days out of our 10 day vacation because the smell was unbearable. House had many issues inside and out. Porch in poor condition and not due to recent weather conditions i.e: freeze. Interior issues too many to list. Certainly cannot recommend this property to anyone else.

Enjoyed my 30 day stay!

The most important thing here is gratefulness to Kareen to allow travelers to stay in her rental home with dogs, and not just 1 dog under 20 pounds. Without Kareen and others like her, I would not be able to spend quality time with my family over the holidays and I am so thankful! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and I felt safe. Each room in the home was comfortable and I felt at home with little touches by the host throughout. All the appliances worked just fine, I did find that the floors were extremely dirty and within an hour or so, she had a small vacuum and wet mop delivered as I requested so that I could keep it clean for my 30 day stay. My one negative on this rental is completely fixable by the owner. The posted/advertised photos of the yard are old photos and inaccurate. The pictures showed new grass (weeds), a wood privacy fence (not there). There is a short chain link with some fabric over it (which did help actually) and 2 neighbor dogs who were not happy to see us each day. The neighbor and I figured it out but doing that for 30 days was a chore for us both. There is some sort of structure on one side of the yard with some cords on it that were unsafe for my curious dog. I spent the first 10 minutes of my arrival cleaning up old dog poop in the yard. The firepit area is full of weeds and the stones are topsy turvy and a tripping hazard. If the owner takes down the old photos, shores up the yard and gets a privacy fence, this home would be a real gem!

Enjoyed Our Stay

I chose this property because it is two minutes from family members whom live in the area. It looks better in person than the actual photos, so I was happy when I pulled up and walked in. The backyard was great for my dog and to sit in the sunshine. The porch was as well. There were no bugs and the unit was clean. It was enough space for us. I walked my dog daily through the neighborhood and it was safe and enjoyable. There are no sidewalks, but they are not needed. There are busier streets close by with sidewalks and those are safe as well. We drove to the beach most days and did some boating in nearby Vero. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well. The linens were beautiful and very comfy, along with plenty of pillows. The big beds were very soft. Some might think too soft if you aren't into soft. The twin bed was firm. The living room has a large TV and each room has a TV as well. We didn't have access to the garage though, so we kept our beach gear in the truck. The thing this property is missing is a small vacuum. We tracked in a lot of dirt and sand daily. I don't like to sweep. Next time I will a box of plastic forks/spoons. We went through the silverware too quickly. Overall, great experience.
