The location of our condo was perfect, as we watched the golfers tee off from Hole 7 on the lanai. The new living room couch and loveseat were very comfortable as was the new bed. Although I very seldom cooked (I’m on vacation!) the kitchen cupboards held everything I would have needed. The newly updated master bath had a very nice walk in shower. And the amenities at Ocean Village were easily accessed from the condo….everything is a short walk away. Eric was very helpful our first day when we had some issues with the tv. Eric was very patient in helping us and the issue was quickly resolved.We look forward to our next stay at Eric and Elaine’s condo!

Get away

Only one key - very inconvenient.Repairs needed to guest bath - saying that, were addressed quickly.Television was hard to operate.I am very picky and unit was not terribly clean and was difficult to keep clean (as is the case with older properties).Missing blind in the guest bedroom was an issue and we had to jerryrig a window covering.Unit was well appointed and the location and proximity to complex facilities was excellent.

Wonderful Condo

Feels like Home

Another great stay. Eric was proactive leading up to our trip and checked in a couple times while we were there. As always, the condo was clean and comfortable. We have stayed here so many times it feels like a second home. 7th hole tee box right outside the back porch, pool and clubhouse behind the 7th green, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. A 5 minute drive to about a dozen restaurants. There is nowhere I would rather stay when we come into town. Thanks Eric!!

Relaxation

If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place to relax. Eric's place was very quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed in the condo. The complex was great to walk in, loved the restaurant on site. We would definitely rent this unit again.

It's always sunny at your place!!

Eric, I don't know what it is, but this is about the 5th time we have stayed at your awesome condo and we have had nothing but sunny days each time! Some nice thunderstorms at night, but sunny days! Was able to get all the bike rides, pool time, and beach days we wanted. And oh yeah, lot's of golf. Super convenient walking out the back door and teeing off. Whether I wanted to play 7,8,9 & 6 (off season only) or all 9 it couldn't have been be easier! Super clean condo with everything we needed. Hope to be back soon! Thanks!

Ocean Village Retreat

Great location in OV. One of the roomier 2 br condos that we've stayed in at OV. Kitchen had all the necessities. The queen bed in master bedroom was comfortable. The back patio is very spacious and well furnished. There was very little noise from above or next door, which was nice. It's a safe, clean, and friendly community.

Excellent Stay

We stayed in this unit for 6 weeks and it couldn't have been more enjoyable. The condo was just as presented and was perfect for us. We especially liked the screened in porch and watching the golfers tee off on the 7th hole. The floor plan is great for families, couples or guests with the bedrooms on separate sides of the unit. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. Everything we needed was there. Ocean Village is a secure, friendly community right on the beach, with so much to do. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Eric and Elaine, for sharing your beach home with us!

Enjoyable property with lots to do

Well stocked condo close to pool, beach and on the 7th hole of golf course. Owners very accessible. Comfortable beds, spacious 2 bed/2 bath, carport, secure property with 3 pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffle board and golf all in one location. We will be back.

Perfect experience

This place is very clean and beautiful. The floorplan is great for entertaining with the bedrooms off to the sides. The grounds are very well cared for. There is a restaurant on the property which was very convenient when we took family out to dinner. The beach is just beautiful. The host has thought of everything and kept a line of communication open for any questions.

Love this Place

We stay here every time we visit our families. We arrived the week the Tiki Bar opened back up and the weather was perfect the entire time. The ocean had that Caribbean look with different shades of blue. Couldn't ask for more. Tried the new specialty pizza shop that opened just south of the entrance and it was awesome. Can't wait to get back down.
