    VACATION in this beautiful and spacious Cape Coral home right on the canal. Drink your morning coffee dockside of the canal of The Caloosahatchee River which leads out to the Gulf of America. We are very close to the mouth of the river that leads out to the Gulf. Great ease for boaters!

    Fish off the dock...snook, crab, stingray! Walk or ride the bikes around the quaint Yacht Club neighborhood.

    Rest and relax in a private screened-in lanai housing a newly resurfaced freshwater pool while never leaving the views of the canal. Pool lights up for evening swims. Enjoy a few drinks sitting only a few steps out of the pool.

This property has a great location in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful canal with amazing sunrise views. We loved all of the space for our family and it was very clean. The owner was very responsive before during and after our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway close to activities and many amazing restaurants!

Wonderful stay! Very clean property with a great location to a small beach, went there most nights for the ice cream truck! Tom was very responsive for any questions or needs. House had everything we could need! The 3 bathrooms were a nice perk!

The house was lovely, well-appointed, and very clean -- important things in a VRBO property! I'd highly recommend it just for that, but I really enjoyed staying in Cape Coral! Great restaurants, great location for the activities I wanted to do. And there is a burrowing owl next door!

NICE, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

The place is very clean and spacious, also in a very good location. We enjoyed exploring the area and beaches, and also swimming and hanging out around the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Winter break escape

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral! The location was great, very convenient to lots of restaurants and other activities we wanted to do. We loved being on the canal and the heated pool was great! Owner was very responsive before and during our stay.

Property was very nice and very comfortable. Nicely decorated and clean. I had all things that you could possibly need while staying. Pool needs a little updating as it's liner is coming apart and there was some debris (pebbles from liner) on the bottom of the pool, but certainly was usable and we very much still enjoyed the pool. Master bedroom was located next to the pump system for the pool and ran all day and night, so if a light sleeper, it may be a room to use ss an extra. Communication with owner was excellent as well as the management company. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family. Neighborhood was very quiet and it was accessible to many different restaurants and the beach.

Relaxing walk down memory lane

We lived in the Cape for 17 years and wanted to visit, this house was perfectly situated for the week. We had everything we needed and more, we literally felt at home. The memories made at a reasonable price were so special. We’ll definitely be back to visit again, we feel like we have found our place to stay

Great spot

Wonderful place for 3 couples/families. Quiet neighborhood and good access to baseball games. Very clean with great linens and towels. Great pool and sitting area out back to relax.

We enjoyed seeing the burrowing owls in the next vacant lot and on our walks to the beach. The 3 BR/3BA was perfect fot the 4 of us. We enjoyed the pool area! Location made it easy to shop for groceries and beverages.

Clean, furnished with everything we needed. Nice new dock enabled plenty of fishing. Walking distance to boat house restaurant was a bonus.

MINI VACATION/cleanup

Even though we were there only to clean up the house from the hurricane, we were able to enjoy the pool and even got to see the dolphins in the canal. I will definately stay there again. The house was in a great location.

The best place ever

The house is very nice and clean, the area is one of the best on Cape Coral area, the swimming pool is clean almost every day and the duck for fishing. It’s nice to relax. I recommend this property 100% satisfied.
