  • Nueva casa unifamiliar amueblada y decorada de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, piscina familiar con impresionantes vistas al lago ubicado en el hermoso South Fort Myers.
    En el momento en que entras por la puerta, serás atraído por las espectaculares vistas al lago que ofrece la casa. La piscina privada climatizada con cascada, los asientos cubiertos al aire libre y el área de comedor, la sala de estar y la parrilla de barbacoa completan la gran terraza con mosquitero.
    Amplia sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, comedor y chaise lounge. Puertas francesas que se abren a la zona de la piscina. Cocina abierta, totalmente equipada con barra de desayuno grande, área de comedor con barra húmeda y área de descanso adicional.
    La gran suite principal ofrece una cama king size, puertas francesas que se abren a la zona de la piscina, vestidor y un maravilloso baño completo con dos lavabos, bañera romana y ducha separada. El dormitorio de invitados ofrece una cama queen size y el tercer dormitorio está equipado con dos camas individuales. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con una combinación de bañera con ducha y el tercer baño tiene una amplia ducha a ras de suelo.

    Esta casa está perfectamente situada cerca de Six Mile Cypress Pkwy en Ft. Myers, fácil acceso a Fort Myers Beach y tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Dream villa in south fort myers

Absolutly gorgeous villa clean comfortable everything you could possibly need . Close to all restaurants main roads 75 and 41 and about 1hrs drive to the islands marco island and boca grande . A fantastic place to stay and would definitely stay there again

Great Place for a Family to Gather

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay with visits by family at Villa Margaretta in South Fort Myers. The location was excellent with the beaches, nature walks and preserves, and the airport nearby. The house is in a residential area near to groceries and shopping. The street is a one-mile loop great for quick walks. The home was very clean and spacious with bathrooms for each bedroom and several gathering places inside and on the lanai. The pool was lovely with a fountain and a waterfall edge overlooking a lake. It was very easy to relax and enjoy warm weather and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very spacious . High ceilings made a big difference to what I was used to, renting in Florida. Everything was well maintained and clean. The decoration and artwork inside is very tasteful.All the furniture seemed like new.The stunning view towards the lake with all kinds of birds and a huge lanai makes the outside seating very enjoyable.A lot of huge windows make it very bright and friendly inside.The location is perfect with the major beaches not to far away, but still close to downtown Fort Myers as well as many restaurants.The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet.We have already booked for next year.

Great outdoor space!

We really enjoyed our stay. The ample entertaining area around the pool was perfect. The rental office was responsive when the clothes dryer quick working, bringing a new one quickly. Quiet neighborhood, good location.

Lovely Property

A very nice neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. Spacious place with very high ceilings. Loved built in radio systems that is capable of broadcasting about house and in pool patio area. Inviting view of lake with plenty wildlife, birds, ducks, swans, geese. Screened pool area makes for a comfortable pool experience.

Amazing house with some flaws

The house was amazing. The company that cleans needs to do a better job. All windows were filthy. I had to buy windex to clean them all. Cushions to the outside chairs were all full of mold. Original picture on ad has picture of pool with pool light on, well pool light was not working and was never told to us. According to pool company the light has been out for 6 months. This should have been fixed.

Wonderful home in a lovely community. We had an amazing stay and the house and pool area are perfect for relaxing and taking time as a family.

Excellent Gem

This house is excellent. Good location that is within a 30-min drive to great beaches. The pool is great when you don't feel like driving to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. We wish we could stay for longer.
