Come stay in this cozy bungalow home with the right mix of comfort and modern conveniences. Enjoy the views of the gorgeous canal from the living room and expansive lanai area. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, large living room with a 65' LED TV, covered lanai area with a 58' LED TV, large heated pool, and a concrete dock along the canal for kayaking and fishing. This is the perfect spot for a get away with family or close friends. Being a short distance away from the popular Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, Matlacha all of which have restaurants, makes it a great location for those visiting the gulf with boats, canoes, fishing, kayaks and other water sports. A few blocks away are shopping, restaurants, breweries, and special local retail shops. Experience the Florida lifestyle with your friends and family in the much sought after area!

We loved our stay in Cape Coral! The location was great for exploring the area. We explored the Fort Meyers area and Sanibel and Captiva Islands. We also enjoyed the pool and being right on one of the canals. One day we spent exploring the canals on the kayaks and we saw a few manateees, a small stingray, jellyfish, and other fish. I also took the kayak out one morning before sunrise and it was so peaceful! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and beach chairs/umbrellas and wagon for taking to the beach, especially since we had limited room in our vehicle to bring any of that stuff. What a blessing! We would love to come back to the area again to explore even more.

Wonderful vacation spot in sunny Cape Coral FL. Our second time at this property - it is A. Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent outdoor space with pool overlooking the canal. Had everything we could possibly want/need in a home. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a great time in the heated pool. We also enjoyed taking the kayaks on the canal. And the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans for cooking. The location was close to grocery stores.

We had a great time while staying at this property. Check in was super easy, corresponding with owner was as well. We were able to take time to spend with each other in between ceremonies and have plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy!

Perfect!

Super clean, comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. Great location - close to restaurants, groceries, beach. Excellent pool - sunny all day - with plenty of water toys. Husband loved watching the lanai tv while floating in the pool. Enjoyed sitting at the dock with our evening cocktails watching the boats go by. Will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your home.

This property was just "ok" There are quite a few things that need to be fixed about the house. Mold in the master bath shower. The lanai was nice, but setup of furniture was crouded. Pool was NOT heated, could have used a cover for at night. The owner did respond quickly after I locked us out of the house. Kitchen could have held small condiments like lsalt, peper, etc. It was less than average, and I am used to staying in cape coral.

Very happy with our stay!

When we first arrived, we were disappointed that there was no hot tub as advertised and the black stone grill was rusty. I notified the manager and while we were gone golfing, a new grill arrived on the deck. The house was spacious, updated appliances , and had a beautiful pool. We were very pleased with the response and loved the property. Could use a few more beach towels and the master bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Overall- a great space and we would return.

House was functional with lots dishes, tv’s, and amenities. Master bedroom king bed was very comfortable and inside furniture was in good shape. Outside furniture was nice but grill was not as expected and ultimately did not use. Used pool a couple times but water was typically too cold for us to use. Communicated issue to owner/manager with no visible action taken. Garage was too small to accommodate our GMC Yukon.

Perfect For Families

The home is perfect for families. You have eyes on the pool from the dining room and living room or you can sit on the lanai and watch television while the kids swim. The master bathroom also has a door to the pool so no wet kids walking throughout the entire house. FYI-You will need to supply your own cooking spices and oil. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Although the temps were in the 60s during our stay, the pool was heated and the kids did use it often.

Quiet retreat

Nice property with plenty of shaded outdoor living space. Pool was a nice size, not too small. Outdoor furniture comfortable. - We went to go kayaking but were disappointed to only find one paddle and couldn't go out. Kitchen was large and had many pots and pans and table ware but we couldn't find a can opener, colander for pasta and vegies or dishes to cook in the microwave. Lots of Big TVS but you do need a subscription to get much. "Grill' was large - but was a solid griddle so cooking had to be adapted. Had good supply of tp, paper towel, dish soap, laundry supplies which was nice. Bathrooms were adequate but dated. We enjoyed being on the canal and watching the light traffic of boats go by. Quiet neighborhood. This would be a fun place for a family with older children that can be by open water. We would stay again!

Wonderful vacation home!

We really enjoyed our week in Cape Coral. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and used the kayaks and the bike. It was lovely and peaceful being on the canal. Great place. Thank you!!
