* Many communities require HOA application fees which may need to be submitted 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates.

The current community fees for Partridge Place at The Forest Country Club are $75.00 and $25 per application, $75.00 per background check p.p. and $30 optional barcode fee
