Walk down to the private dock and property wide Captains Walk to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and beyond! Boaters will love the 2 minute, around the corner, no bridge access to the Caloosahachee River. Plenty of room to dock your rental boat here too.

At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here on your private lanai, enjoying the breathtaking Sunsets while sipping a beverage and grilling a steak and sampling some southern Florida fresh seafood.

Bright and sunny, the house has a very open floor plan and can comfortably sleep just one couple or a group of 8. The doors in the living room and master bedroom open completely to allow the outdoors to become part of the house and entertaining space

You will find the home to be fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, kayaks, bikes, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

It was wonderful.We were able to observe alligators, turtles, and other animals in the pond by the pool.We will stay at this house again for our vacation in Cape Coral next year.

The place was great, just as described. l My husband and I loved the open airy indoor space, and the relaxing outdoor space. A truly beautiful area. So close to everything on Delprado Blvd. The local cape coral museum was fun.

Excellent home well equipped

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was furnished with everything we needed for a Thanksgiving trip including wares to serve a full meal. We enjoyed the pool, spa and kayaks. We hope to return again!

Fishing get away

It was a great stay, the weather was perfect and the house had all I needed. When i had a question they texted back right away.the hot tub heated up quickly and was nice after a long day of fishing.

Amazing home

This home is absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not do this house justice. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the convenience of being located minutes from food and shopping. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation 2024

Very nice house located in a nice neighborhood on the water. Conveniently located close to shopping and eating places. Used the outdoor grill and table in the pool area for most of our cooking and dining and spent most evenings using the pool and hot tub. Bikes, kayaks, beach towels were all a plus. Would stay here again.

Great week!

We enjoyed our time at this property. We were lucky enough to see both a manatee and dolphins in the canal during our stay. Great fishing. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Kitchen was fully stocked. We are used to softer beds so the mattresses weren’t our favorite, but everything else was amazing. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Great property

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The property was exactly as advertised and was one of the best well equipped properties we have ever stayed at. The pool was not warm when we got there but it heated up quickly overnight. Located in close proximity to all of the essentials, and their guide book was excellent. Beautiful sunset views.

Beautiful view

Beautiful house with great view! We spent most of our time outside at the pool or on the dock. The house was very clean and even better than the pictures show it to be. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved it and would definitely love to go back one day!
