    At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here on your private lanai, enjoying the breathtaking Sunsets while sipping a beverage and grilling a steak and sampling some southern Florida fresh seafood.



    Bright and sunny, the house has a very open floor plan and can comfortably sleep just one couple or a group of 8. The doors in the living room and master bedroom open completely to allow the outdoors to become part of the house and entertaining space

This is a great house. It had everything we needed. Was well set up for two families. The pool and hot tub were heated and worked. The house was well maintained. In a very nice neighborhood. We had a great stay and would certainly stay again!

This house was absolutely amazing. Great location, very clean, stocked up with everything needed for a fantastic week. I will definitely try to rent it again if we get back to the area.

It was wonderful.We were able to observe alligators, turtles, and other animals in the pond by the pool.We will stay at this house again for our vacation in Cape Coral next year.

The place was great, just as described. l My husband and I loved the open airy indoor space, and the relaxing outdoor space. A truly beautiful area. So close to everything on Delprado Blvd. The local cape coral museum was fun.

Every amenity a guest could ask for. Beautiful house and grounds. Watch the sunrise and sunset down on your private dock. Great location for restaurants and shops.

Excellent home well equipped

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was furnished with everything we needed for a Thanksgiving trip including wares to serve a full meal. We enjoyed the pool, spa and kayaks. We hope to return again!

Beautiful and clean property, perfect.

Can't wait to go back. Not a negative thing about this property. Owners even provide info about the area from beaches to food to entertainment. So relaxing.

Fishing get away

It was a great stay, the weather was perfect and the house had all I needed. When i had a question they texted back right away.the hot tub heated up quickly and was nice after a long day of fishing.

Amazing home

This home is absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not do this house justice. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the convenience of being located minutes from food and shopping. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa 27! This home is immaculate and in a very peaceful neighborhood. Everything is fully supplied! Just bring yourself and enjoy this awesome home!

Family Vacation 2024

Very nice house located in a nice neighborhood on the water. Conveniently located close to shopping and eating places. Used the outdoor grill and table in the pool area for most of our cooking and dining and spent most evenings using the pool and hot tub. Bikes, kayaks, beach towels were all a plus. Would stay here again.
