Bay View Tower - 434: Hermosas vistas del Golfo y la Bahía desde el balcón con mosquitero y ventilador de techo. Este encantador alquiler de vacaciones en Sanibel Harbour fue renovado en 2016 con pisos de madera, tonos naturales de verde, arena y marrón creando un ambiente relajante. Nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición LG 47 "y reproductor de Blu-Ray LG en la sala de estar junto con escritorio. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size y cuenta con tocadores de duelo con ducha y asiento incorporado. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales y baño con bañera + ducha. Hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. También encontrará muchos asientos alrededor de la mesa del comedor con los taburetes de bar adicionales en el mostrador de la cocina.

Peaceful getaway

My family and I stayed in this lovely condo. It was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The view of the bay is absolutely beautiful. The location is great. Just a short 5 minute drive to get on Sanibel Island and a quick trip to get to Ft. Meyers. The cosway park on either side of the road to Sanibel is a perfect place to relax, look for shells or do some water sports. I do recommend bringing no see um spray. They get pretty bad in the evening. If you’re looking for a nice quiet relaxing spot, this is it.

Perfect 4th of July Birthday-Weekend Stay (2022)

We had an amazing time! Easy check in! The Condo was exactly as in the pictures and more! To our surprise, The condo had beach chairs, nets for shelling, tent for shade, fishing rod, nets, etc. The kids loved it! The VIEWS were the best part of it all! LOVED spending time in the screened in porch sipping on coffee early in the morning watching the wildlife, dolphins, fish, birds etc… and the boats coming in! And sipping my wine in the evening as we enjoyed SPECTACULAR sunsets, wildlife and boats go out! Loved it all… Even in the typical Florida storm, I found myself in the porch, watching!!! The little beach was cute, the pool was awesome, super clean, never overcrowded, stocked with pool toys for All to use! Again, a huge hit with the boys. Location was perfect to hop over to Sanibel /Captiva Island or to Ft Myer Beach. We truly fell in love with this unit! A piece of my heart stayed behind as we checked out today. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family! ❤️

Perfect in every way!

From the gorgeous and changing views of the bay, and the bird and dolphin sightings outside to the beautifully decorated rooms and well stocked kitchen inside, this was just what we wanted. Listening to the waves come ashore on the balcony was relaxing and the beach and pool were easily accessed. The location gave us easy access to Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral. What a wonderful week!

Location and accommodations met and exceeded our expectations. Very well equipped with many kitchen utensils, glassware and cups/plates, etc. Very modern appliances. Beach theme throughout was fun. Super clean. Would definitely come back!

Everything you need in 1 place

the whole property inside and out was amazing. Clean, bright, everything you could need was right there. No need to go anywhere else. could walk to a few restaurants and everything you needed if you wanted to cook there.

Great Condo

We loved our stay at this beach condo. The view from the the patio is beautiful. The condo was clean and just as described. Our family enjoyed the private beach and the pool area. We enjoyed Sanibel Island which is just a short ride from the condo. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to vacation

Absolutely beautiful condo. However, waking up the 2nd morning to hearing tile flooring being jack hammered out of the floor next door to our condo was so alarming and beyond annoying. It was the first thing to wake up to and went all day long. I can understand needing to do this middle of the work day. But, not in the morning please. The office did listen and sympathize to our concern and complaint....They must have contacted the owner of that condo and asked them to hold off a day or 2 until we checked out. Other than that, I was 100 % beautiful.

Beautiful two bedroom condo close to the Sanibel causeway

If you are looking for a two bedroom condo for a reasonable price in Fort Myers area this is the condo for you! We discovered this little gem for half the price that we would’ve paid to stay directly on Sanibel or Captiva. This beautiful two bedroom condo faced the bay area. The condo was recently updated and has a great beachy vibe. It was full of amenities and there was nothing lacking that we were looking for. From the minute you walk in the door you experience the breathtaking views of the bay directly out the living room sliding glass doors. The property has small beach area that always seemed to have available chairs and there were extra beach towels to use in our unit. The afternoon hours offered some shade on the beach due to the tall condo buildings and palm trees that were placed in the area - a bonus for us! Although we never visited the pool, there was one available in this condo complex. The area itself boasts great walking/running trails and has a number of restaurants that are close by. Staying here you are also close to the Sanibel Causeway for quick access to the islands. It was really like having the best of both worlds.

Paradise!

What a beautiful property! We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and we had all we needed to be comfortable. The view from the patio was breathtaking to say the least. We used the private beach every day. No fighting over who gets the beach chair in the morning which you so often find at some resorts. We also used the pool at the end of the day for a nice cool retreat after a day at the beach. The location of the condo was perfect in that it was a short drive to Sanibel Island and just a short way to Ft. Meyer Beach as well. We ate at Biminis Restaurant several times, as it was just 3 to 4 blocks away. Delicious food, great music, and fun atmosphere. We fell in love with Punta Rassa and this beautiful condo and are already planning our next visit. Thank you much for an enjoyable, relaxing vacation. Dawn(Swisher, Iowa)

Beautifully remodeled condo

This property was probably the nicest condo that I have stayed in. It has been newly remodeled and is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen appears to be fully equipped, although we didn’t do any cooking. The Harbour views are beautiful too!! It’s a very quiet area which was perfect for us. I would certainly stay here in the future.
