Entertain family and friends in spacious 2400 square foot family vacation home overlooking lake with screened in private heated pool and spa. Large family entertainment great room with eat-in kitchen and bar, separate dining room and additional lounge /game room/ foyer area. Three separately enclosable sleeping areas with 4 individual bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including: a large master suite (king), separate guest area (queen), and a two additional bed room area (queen and twin beds with shared bath), providing ample quiet, convenience and privacy. Family friendly with additional full size sofa bed in master suite, queen size sofa bed in game room, and extra fouton in living room. Baby crib provided upon request. WiFi internet, cable and 3 large Roku enabled flat screen TV's. Screened-in furnished pool deck with large gas grill and outdoor eating area. Beautiful sunsets typically available!

This place had everything! Really felt comfortable there. There were 4 women and we each had our own bedroom so that was perfect. We played in a golf tournament practically right across the street so the location was wonderful. We loved all of the extras that were there too. It was stark bare. It had games, puzzles, salt and pepper - those things made it feel more like a friends house than a bare bones sterile place. We all liked it so much. Even though we did not use the floats, beach chairs, bikes, etc - very nice that they were there.

Perfect house in paradise!

This house is so comfortable! The owners have really thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible- from nightlights in every room to ziplocks of every size in the kitchen! We used the kitchen to cook a lot of our meals and there was nothing missing that we needed. The beds and bedding were comfy, and our kids LIVED in the pool. The back lanai is so relaxing, with the view of the lake (pond?). And the neighborhood is clean, quaint, safe, and close to one of the nicest Publix's (grocery store) in town. The owner was very quick to respond when we had questions. We hope to be regular guests in the future! We will be back.

Relaxing Stay!

Nice neighborhood and home layout with guest rooms opposite Master bedroom. Master is large and bathroom is roomy. Comfortable King bed. Hosts are very nice and communication was very easy. Relaxing by the pool with beautiful sunsets. Neighbors are nice.

The house was great. It was fully setup with everything just as if you were at home. It had paper towels tp beach towels beach equipment to use. Pool was nice. Clean and well kept. I give it a 10 Will definitely be back.

Amazing Getaway!

Jim and Susan have done such a wonderful job on this home away from home!! There were plenty of beach towels, toys and chairs. Everything you need for a great vacation without having to bring it yourself! There were so many thoughtful details and even some little toys and games for the kids! We had a phenomenal stay and would definitely stay here agian!

Ft Myers family vacation

Outstanding stay at an amazing home. Jim and Susan are amazing hosts who promptly addressed any questions we had. They have the house equipped with about anything you would need from beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Best stay at a VRBO we have had. Would definitely recommend if you are going to stay in the Ft Myers area.

Review

The house was exactly as stated in a wonderful neighborhood that was close to everything. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. The pool was inadvertently set to 66 degrees when a new pump was installed. Jim was able to walk us through resetting to 84 degrees over the phone. We also enjoyed the community pool four houses away.

Wonderful!!

The owners are fabulous. We arrived early in the am from our flight. They had the house cleaned and ready early for us. Every little detail was thought of in the house. Extremely clean and spacious. Beds extremely comfortable and linens were top quality. Pool very clean and was utilized everyday. Great location. Will definitely return!

Awesome house and great location.

This house was perfect for our winter home away from home. Every thing was exactly as stated and Jim was an awesome host. The pool was heated and we used it everyday. There are 4 bikes in the garage and also plenty of beach chairs and beach toys and a beach umbrella. This house had everything we needed and many things we didn't need that were very nice touches. The location is perfect for us. Only a few minutes to the beaches and many great restaurants. Thanks for being such a great host and we will see you again next year.

Luxurious, comfortable, and very well equipped!

The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained and convenient to grocery and drug stores. One of us walks with a cane and she had no trouble getting around the house. All main appliances worked well and we found every kitchen gadget imaginable. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of extra linens. There's a huge binder providing information about local attractions. There are beach chairs and other gear, including children's buckets and tubes. We loved watching the sun set while sitting in the pool. James returned our call right away when we had questions. Our week passed entirely too quickly!

Some improvement areas, propane ran out with 1st use, not being able to control the thermostat, no hot water in master shower, bed on back bedroom sink in the middle the couple had to hold on to the side on the mattress to keep from rolling to the center of the bed

One of the best!!

We have rented many VRBO homes. This home is among the best!! It was like moving into my own home with everything we needed!! Great for the whole family including grandkids. Jim answered the few questions we had quickly. You will not be disappointed with this house.

Wonderful Stay!

Nice property with beautiful southwest facing lanai with sunsets. Bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms well separated and private. Extremely well organized and probably the best stocked property we have stayed in. Jim was quick to respond to questions/requests. Only negative was poor water pressure in master bedroom shower.

My new go to rental

My daughter goes to college in Fort Myers area and we stayed at this home while moving her in for sophomore year. I’ve rented several homes in the area recently and this home is by far our favorite. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is large, clean, organized and provides many things other rental homes do not. (linens, toilet paper, hand soap etc) They even provide mini toiletry items just like a hotel. The kitchen is extremely organized and provides anything you could need. My daughter’s college roommate and roommate’s mom ended up staying with us for a couple nights. We each had our own section of the house with our own bathroom. The pocket door between the kitchen and 2 of the bedrooms is a nice touch. Everything you need for a day at the beach or for the pool is provided and very well organized in the garage. The owners were very easy to work with and answered questions quickly. I’m hoping in the future we can book this home and we can explore more of the surrounding area and spend more time in the beautiful pool.
