Waterfront/Lakefront Dream Vacation!!

From the moment you walk in the door you'll be captivated by the view. Our home is situated on one of Cape Coral's prettiest and largest lakes. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. A heated pool and a large dock for fishing or just relaxing by the water. The lanai has plenty of space to lay out and enjoy the sun or stay in the shade and entertain.

The kitchen features beautiful views of the lake. It has a margarita pass through window and also a sliding glass door for easy access while entertaining. There is plenty of tableware and cooking utensils for you to chose from. The kitchen has a 6 person table for indoor dining and the outside covered patio also has seating for 6.

The living room has a cozy leather couch and love seat for any lounging you may want to do. The living room has a 70 inch flat screen TV and DVD player for quiet movie nights or this can be a great place to gather with your fellow guests.

The master bedroom has a plush king size bed for a nice relaxing night of sleep . From the bed you have amazing views of the lake through the huge picture window. There is a large master closet to accommodate all your personal belongings. The bedroom also has a 55” flat screen TV for your enjoyment.

One of the guest bedrooms has a queen size bed facing a sliding glass door which over looks the spacious lanai and backdrop of the lake. This room also has a 47” flat screen TV for your enjoyment.

The third spare bedroom as two twin beds as well as a 50” flat screen TV.

The garage is equipped with a full size washer and dryer for your use. It also has 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, fishing poles with a loaded tackle box and 3 bicycles with helmets for your outdoor excursions. We provide all safety equipment for the bikes and kayaks. We have many different size life jackets from toddler to adult. The garage also had multiple beach chairs and a cooler to use for those amazing beach days.

The lanai has a Weber grill that you may use to cook some fabulous meals as well as a 50” wall mounted TV for you to enjoy while visiting the Mohave Lake Retreat.

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed this place! Quiet neighborhood and very clean place. Our family loved spending time in the pool, fishing and kayaking. We also took the bikes for a few rides which was perfect! Close to everything! Definitely would recommend to others!

Family Spring Break

Spring break with my 9 year old son and my older son’s family. The house was great the pool was great. Communication with the owner was excellent. The neighborhood was peaceful. Exactly what I needed for a recharge vacation.

We had a great stay!

The property was beautiful and the property managers were very nice, easy to contact, and very accommodating. The pool and the view of the lake added so much to our stay. We would stay there again and have already recommend to others.

Wonderful Sunny Florida Trip and Stay!

We were quite impressed with this property and the stunning lake view. The house was beautifully decorated and had a great floor plan. And coming from some cold weather experiences in January and February, we especially enjoyed the lanai and the pool, being outdoors, enjoying the sun—and even watching TV in the lanai.We were initially confused with the TV operation with the multiple channels including streaming when we arrived, but one of the hosts came by very soon after we contacted them and explained how the 5 TV’s worked. And although we didn’t take advantage of the “toys” and outdoor items including bicycles due to our own guests not being able to come, we will take advantage of them in the future. It was a wonderful stay with great hosts.

Truly Enjoyable

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Quiet location and close to restaurants or shopping when needed. Josh and Erika were exceptional hosts and made themselves available if needed. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place on Cape Coral.

Fun family rental

Perfect rental for family fun. The host had many extras to include bicycles, kayaks, cooler, beach, chairs, and umbrella, etc. the rental was clean and inviting, and the view from the pool area was fabulous! Would recommend and would return.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral at this comfortable, open concept home, with amazing water views. Well stocked pantry and cleaning items. We have always enjoyed staying in this area of Cape Coral, as it is close to many amenities. Response time from Josh for any question was superb. The master bed was comfortable in the closet. Space is great.

Perfect Vacation Property

Beautiful, clean house with an even better outdoor space. Pool, outside table and grill got lots of use. Plenty to entertain the whole family, we kayaked, biked, fished and swam. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. House was also equipped with beach chairs, towels and coolers. Would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely awesome choice for a weeks stay while visiting our son. Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Everything you can possibly need was provided. Exactly what we needed

We were just coming for some R&R and that is what we got. Loved the pool area. Master bed was very comfortable. Loved that not only was there kitchen appliances for any need, but there were condiments, ketchup, mustard,mayo, paper plates etc. We have stayed at several VRBO rentals and have had to buy all of these things. Had a River otter come up on the dock for awhile. Seen 2 large Iguanas sun bathing one day by the dock.

Peaceful, relaxing and sunny getting away

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, organized, and provided various amenities as described in their property advertisement. The pool was lovely to swim in and the view of the lake as well as the sunrise and sunset through out our stay was wonderful too. I hope get back to Cape Coral, Florida sooner than later🌞 🏝️⛱️

Lakeside Home

This house is beautiful. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking around the area. The pool was nice, comfortable beds, the AC worked great, and it had more than we expected. We will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home on Lake Mojave. The house was spacious with a beautiful view. The pool was wonderful! They had all the extras you could hope for—kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear, bikes, and all the beach gear you need. Thanks for a terrific vacation!

Our most favorite VRBO yet

This trip was one that I took with my two oldest granddaughters 19 and 16. Just the three of us. I picked this house because it had kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles, and a pool. We mainly just used the fishing poles and the pool and if we had more time, because a week is never enough, I’m sure they would’ve gotten the kayaks out too. It was so great to come home every day after exploring the surrounding area and just swim in the pool with them. The three of us tried to think of a negative, and we couldn’t come up with anything. The only negative is we don’t live there full-time. This house had everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood is quiet and there isn’t a lot of traffic on the street outside. I would recommend this to every one of my family members and I hope to go back again and take my younger grandkids. Thank you so much for opening your house up to people. It was a trip that we will always remember.

An amazing place to stay!

My kids wanted a house to stay at where they could swim and do other activities. My kids went kayaking , paddle boarding, and fishing on the dock, they went on a short bike ride, and were in the swimming in the pool a lot. This house provided it all! It is a short drive to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers and we even drove up to Seista Keys for the day. The owners had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler for us to use for those days. Honestly you could just show up with clothes, food and sunblock because the owners provided everything else. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and well kept, and the owners responded quickly to any questions I had. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Great house Quiet neighborhood!

Pool was great! House was very comfortable with everything we needed. The view of the lake was idyllic. We made good use of the water toys on the lake too! And rode the bikes around the neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked and comfortable to navigate with everything labeled. The owners were communicative, and we didn't want for anything!
