There is a large private lanai located off the living room which has a master bedroom sliding door access that can be used as a second sitting and entertainment area or as a guest room with a television and murphy bed style couch that easily converts into a queen bed. This room also has shutters and screens, and door coverings for optimal privacy. There is a small screened in porch and sitting area at the entrance of the home to enjoy a morning coffee.
