Villa Mangoo . Home in Paradise

The Villa Mangoo was purchased from us in May 2016 and has been extensively renovated and upgraded and lovingly furnished. The house with absolute south orientation is situated on a quiet canal in a very well maintained neighbourhood and you can reach the Caloosahatchee River by boat in less than 8 min. Especially for those who like to go out by boat, an enormous time-saving. On land you can reach shopping and grocery stores in under 5 minutes by car. Also a large number of bars and restaurants are within minutes reach thanks to the central location.

The house offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 renovated bathrooms.
On a total of 2200 sqft. max. 8 persons have enough space to feel completely comfortable. We are especially proud of our living and dining area, as we have a spacious and of course fully equipped kitchen (waffle iron, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc.). Mix your own created "Mangoo" cocktail from our cocktail machine and have a look at the large pool (4x8m) as well as the tastefully selected sun loungers with very comfortable cushions. Furthermore, the huge outdoor area has a dining table for 10 people and a separate lounge with a view of the canal. The special thing about this lounge is that it is equipped with a fire table, which creates a lot of atmosphere. Here we stay the most...

In addition, the house has a dock where you can easily dock a boat. The coconut palms and our mango tree around the house give you a tropical feeling right from the moment you arrive.

The house is sufficiently equipped with towels, washcloths, kitchen utensils. Beach towels are also available separately. We have a large master suite and 3 large guest rooms. 2 rooms have direct access to the pool and each room has a fantastic view of the canal and flora. In addition to the latest consumer electronics in the living room, we have 2 more TV screens in the guest rooms and the master suite. Wifi/Internet is available 100mbits. A high quality printer and scanner is also available for you. Of course a house telephone is also part of the basic equipment.

Access is also very pleasant through our large garage, which makes unpacking easier, especially when it rains a bit. The garage was also modernized. There you will find beach chairs, umbrellas and pool accessories for your entertainment.

The house is equipped with a wooden floor in the living area and kitchen. In the remaining areas you will find tiled floors tastefully combined with carpets. Glass shower door (Master) and double sinks in both bathrooms with plenty of storage space available.

For the BBQ, which of course cannot be missing in America, we have purchased a high-quality grill. We as passionate BBQ Lovers are always happy about the grill.

All overall we have put a lot of effort into designing the house so that it can become a "home away from home" for you. New Impact windows ensure efficiency and safety. The pool also has a heating system. The house has been repainted and we have had new doors installed.

Outstanding home in a great location. Very spacious house with a wonderfully appointed kitchen. The weather turned chilly so we didn’t have much opportunity to use the pool, but were able to spend a lot of time in the lanai. The only thing better than the house and its location was our interaction with the thoughtful owner. He was very easily contacted with any issues and even was proactive in checking in with us.

We have stayed in many VRBO homes but this is hands down the nicest one. This home is immaculate and done with quality in mind. It was just my wife and I and we only occupied the master bedroom of this four bedroom home. The location is wonderful on a the end of a quiet street to nowhere, so no thru traffic to worry about. But still close enough to the main roads to make it convenient. The home is tastefully decorated and the furniture is quality furniture, with no cheap flat pack, fiberboard to be found. The master bed was comfortable and the master bathroom had a super nice shower and double sink with a spacious walk in closet to hang all of the vacation clothes you could possibly bring. The kitchen is gorgeous with granite countertops and nice stainless steel appliances. If I had one complaint it was that I could not find the switch for the garbage disposal, but to be fair, I did not ask about it. The pool was nice and warm during our stay (August) and was super clean and clear. The pool area has changed a bit since the photos, but they were upgrades in my opinion. The two lounging chairs have been replaced with a cool round oversized lounging seat with many comfy pillows. This was my favorite place to sit in the quiet morning. They also upgraded the grill to a Weber. There is even a remote control to use for the garage door opener, and the garage itself is also immaculate with an epoxy floor. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

Vorne weg: 10/10Wir sind als Familie (5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) gereist. Das Haus ist wundervoll eingerichtet und optimal für bis zu 8 Personen. Von der Kommunikation vor der Anreise, über den Check-In (Schlüsselbox, Türcode), Informationen zum Haus und zur Umgebung bis zum Check-Out hat einfach alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Gastgeber sind aufmerksam, stets erreichbar und haben das Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Wir können die Unterkunft sofort weiterempfehlen.

Cape Coral vacation

This was the first VRBO experience for my wife and I. We wanted to stay in Cape Coral and found this property that had quite good reviews. After our stay we certainly understand why the property has such high ratings from visitors. The host (Michael) was very impressive with his helpful and timely communication. The property is very clean and well maintained. They have thought of everything that a customer would need and have it available for use on your stay. Michael has really paid attention to detail and offers a significant amount of cool electronic gadgets and amenities to make the experience even more enjoyable. You can catch very nice sunrise and sunsets from the well furnished lanai and dock. The property is situated in the SE part of Cape Coral and is close to several good restaurants and grocery venues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Our stay was fantastic. House is at the end of a quiet street but convenient to grocery store (you can walk if you don’t have too much to carry). The house is spacious and stocked with anything you might need. Home was very clean upon arrival. Pool and lanai were our favorite part, with plenty of furniture and a fireplace. Owner (Mike) was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Tolles Haus an ruhiger Lage

Wir haben einige schöne und entspannte Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Zentral gelegen und Shops wie auch Restaurants sind mit dem Mietwagen in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wer etwas Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig und der schöne Pool lädt zum entspannen ein.

Amazing Stay

This house was the first house we stayed at where the pictures match perfectly what the house looks like! The house was so clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very organized. The backyard was amazing! My son loved coming back after his baseball games and being able to jump right into the pool or fish off the pier. Loved the beach chairs and the umbrellas in the garage that we used for the beach. If we come back to the area we will be staying here again!

Great Value in Cape Coral

Stayed for 2 weeks with my sister in law and her husband. We’re all retired and appreciate homes with a walk in shower….this one has two. It’s an older home but has been kept up well with newer appliances and a well stocked kitchen for making meals at home. Outside area has plenty of seating with a table for meals or playing cards which we used a lot.

Great house

Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay! This house has everything you could need. These wonderful hosts thought of everything and the communication with them was so easy. We loved the heated pool and the whole lanai area! The weather wasn’t the best for us so it was so nice to spend time in the heated pool. The hosts are so kind, nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The house with everything

The house is immaculate! The owner thought of everything you could ever want/need while on vacation. Bikes, pool floats, plenty of towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toaster, coffee machine (although I wished it was a keurig), grill and all utensils you could think of). Beds were soooo comfy I took a pic of the tag on the one in the master bedroom so I could look into buying one for home!! The owner is very nice, and accommodating. Would definitely stay here any time I’m planning on going to Florida!!
