Outstanding sunsets and views of the waterway with barrier islands and further on to Sanibel Island. Professionally decorated with vibrant color palate and custom touches will be a perfect home away from home visit. King bed in the master suite and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Sofa Sleeper allowing for two or more guest, sleeps 6 people. Living room is equipped with a 60' Samsung Smart Tv and DVD player for your entertainment. Perfect location

We celebrated New Years in Punta Rassa. I’d go back in a heartbeat! We had great weather combined with the beach and pool being footsteps from our door made for an awesome vacation with spectacular sunsets every night!

We loved the location of this condo! Had a great pool, hot tub and private beach which was awesome! Great close location to Sanibel Island. Property was clean and had everything you would need! Would definitely stay again

One of the greatest vacations

One of the greatest vacations. My wife and I were here 34 years ago and then Fort Myers Naples area we found this resort online and I must say as far as location cleanliness of the presentation of the condo was just at my painting excellent the grounds were clean people were just fantastic talk to the office staff they were very accommodating for anything we needed so thanks again to all and we will come back again.

Fun warm weather getaway

We enjoyed the location since we could sit on the enclosed "lanai" and watch the boats travel past, the palm trees dance in the wind and the thunderstorm roll in. Biggest challenge was the height of the mattress in the second bedroom. It made getting into/out of bed a bit of a challenge for my 94 year old mom. Other than that we enjoyed the amenities of the condo. It was clean and ready for occupancy. The only other challenge - maybe COVID related - was the lack of coffee for our first morning. We left some behind for the next occupants, as this is the first VRBO we have ever stayed in that didn't have coffee. Especially when you arrive tired and later in the day, grocery shopping is not my idea of the way to start my vacation. Thanks for a beautiful location, inviting condo decor and a fun vacation.
