This comfortably furnished home was recently remodeled and refurnished in a lovely coastal style. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Any time we contacted the host, they were prompt and helpful with their response. Our son really enjoyed the pool. We loved seeing the local wildlife, the ibis walking around and the iguanas jumping in and out of the canal were cute. We found a lizard in one of the bathrooms and kindly relocated it outside. Overall a satisfying and relaxing vacation.

First day there we saw several Manatees & a Dolphin in the Canal. Pool was fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. The only complaint was after working on a puzzle off and on for a week we ended with 3 pieces missing

Great vacation

The house was clean. They have everything in the kitchen, plenty of towels and a lot of fishing supplies in the garage. The pool is clean and not cold. For a family it’s a great place for a cozy vacation.

We really enjoyed our time here! Great, quiet neighborhood with easy access to lots of places locally. Nice pool and view on the canal and plenty of room for all 5 of us, appreciated the house manual with local recommendations for anything we needed. Would stay here again!

Great house!

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in this villa. Great location to get to beaches and loved just sitting by the pool. Son had great time fishing in canal. We will definitely be back!!

the Grandkids had wonderful time. we will do it again. the fishing was great. i caught a rare fish called a SAWFISH. we took some pictures then released it. it is on the endangered list. all in all everyone had a good time. bob d

wunderschöne Zeit

wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ihrem schönen Haus. Die Lage war super. Zum Einkaufen und Restaurants waren es nur wenige Minuten Fahrt. Auch ein Defekt am Garagentor wurde prompt am gleichen Tag behoben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für Ihr Vertrauen. Heino und Marion

Great Cape Coral Visit

This was a lovely property and had high value for the amenities provided. It had everything we needed to get around in SW Florida, including beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing equipment, etc. It was also well stocked with towels and dishes. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The house itself was very clean.

Great neighborhood

The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. Has for security, the key to open front door goes back into the lockbox and all the doors leading out to pool just had a button lock on door, not at all making you feel safe. The pantry was not even stocked with common everyday items. The first impression when you unlock door, you walk in and get a big musty smell.

Loved it!

We enjoyed staying at this home. It was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. It is in a very quiet area very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed riding the bikes and swimming in the beautiful pool. One thing they could upgrade would be the master shower. It worked okay just a bit old and musty but still clean as it could be. I give this place a very high rating and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our trip very much, the location is ideal for daytrips to Naples, Sarasota etc. The house was decorated with brand new towels and new pots. We love to cook, so we missed a couple of things in the kitchen and some of them were not enough like wine glasses or cutlery. But all together we had a lovely time in the house.

Sehr gute Lage für mit Boot und zentrale Lage mit Auto

Wir durften erneut wunderbare Ferien in Cape Coral verbringen. Die Villa ist grundsätzlich gut und schön. Ruhige Lage.Die Bäder sind etwas älter, aber das wussten wir bereits bei der Buchung. Für unseren Geschmack ist die Küche etwas bedürftig eingerichtet. Keine Weingläser zum Beispiel, das einzige Weinglas, das da war, war aus Plastik. Die Saft-/Minaralgläser waren abgewaschen, hatten aber noch Spuren von Lippenstift! Kein Wasserkocher. Pfannenböden sind extrem verbogen. Gasgrill war nicht appetitliche zum benützen. Schrank im Kinderzimmer und begehbarer Schrank im Elternzimmer sind zugestopft mit Ersatzwäsche, Staubsauger, Duvets etc.

Everything was wonderful my only complaint I have a boat was delivered to our dock the afternoon before we were to check out, for the guests arriving after us which meant we could not fish off the dock our last day or enjoy sitting on the deck

Fabulous vacation home!

From the second we opened the doors, we fell in love with the high ceilings & open concept. The website photos are exactly what was expected. The pool area and canal views are exceptional. The boats were beautiful and we enjoyed both the sunrise & sunset daily. The turquoise & white decor and detail to high-end quality & towels did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this vacation property and guarantee that every cook will love its gourmet kitchen. Everything we needed & more. We'll be back. Heather
