Villa Natasha
This beautiful modern elegant vacation villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2,100 sq.f/195 sq.m. and offers room for up to 8 guests. A true split floor plan features the master suite and 3 guest bedrooms on the opposite end of the home.

The master bedroom is its own spacious retreat, with its king sized bed, amazing natural lighting, a large flat screen TV, and an en suite. The en suite bathroom is stunning with a beautiful walk-in shower, his and hers vanity and a soaking tub.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, closet, computer desk and flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a closet and a flat screen TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

The 4th bedroom faces the pool and has its own pool bath with a walk in shower, queen bed, closet and computer desk. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Relax and enjoy cable or watch a movie on the flat screen TV in the striking living room. With its beautiful design, wonderful color, natural lighting from all angles, and ample seating, the family is sure to relax comfortably! Use any of your devices with the free WiFi throughout the home.

The open floor plan connecting the dining area and family room allows you to interact with family and friends while you explore the delights of cooking. Cooking and barbecuing is fun here, with the sizable gourmet kitchen with its modern cabinets, granite counter and all the appliances you might need. The BBQ KitchenAid gas grill is located near the pool area. Formal dining on the outside patio has seating for 8 people.

Sunbathe by the fully screened heated salt water pool and enjoy sunset from the spacious lanai with its large sitting area.

Villa Natasha is located in a prime residential Cape Coral neighborhood: 25 miles to Florida’s most beautiful white sand beaches in Sanibel island, 21 miles to Fort Myers beaches and Cape Coral has a beach as well!

All bed linens, bath, kitchen, and pool towels are included.
Full sized washer and dryer are available in the laundry room.
Portable Crib and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.

Beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable

We stayed here for the entire month of March. The house was clean and comfortable and cool. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with our property manager was excellent, and she checked in occasionally to make sure all was well. She answered any questions very quickly. Made the whole process very easy. Especially liked the secure pool fencing that they put up for us, as we had grandchildren toddlers come to stay, and really eased their visit. Everyone loved the pool! Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again!

Great (Winter) Escape

The property is so nice, well stocked kitchen, towels, beach chairs, pool toys, etc. Check in was a breeze. The owner and property manager were in touch and quick to respond to questions and inquiries throughout our month. Thanks for the great stay, would like to do it again!

Great experience

This place is nice! My wife and I along with our three kids and parents stayed in January. Was so great having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that were all very nice along with an open common living space that easily flowed right out to the pool deck. The only challenge is getting to other off-site places but that seems to be hard in Florida no matter where you stay. If you are looking for a really nice place to get out of the cold as we were and have a great place to relax and hang out, I highly recommend the stay here. You won't regret it!

Had a great stay!

Check-in was great! I was given a door code before I arrived. Any issues I had, I was able to communicate with the property management. House was clean and large enough for two families; 8 total guests. We all loved to pool! We spent most of our 10-day stay soaking up the sun and relaxing by the pool. We really appreciated all the extra beach towels that were in the linen closet. The only thing I would change is access to the pantry. I understand that some spaces and closets will be locked to store supplies/property owner items. But the walk-in pantry was also locked. Being a group of eight; four adults and four children; we had many snacks and items that we could not find storage for. This made the kitchen counter space cluttered. Check-out was also simple. It was done all through text. Fast and simple. Overall, we loved the property and I recommend it for a relaxing and fun stay in FL.

Best VRBO rental - Five stars *****

We loved everything about the property. I have to agree with one of review comments “This house is fabulous- once we walked through the front door, it was like an oasis. Quality furnishings, lots of rooms and outdoor spaces for privacy, work and communal gatherings, great kitchen and pool, and TVs everywhere. Some rental homes are furnished with mismatched linens and threadbare towels, leftover pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. This is not that house- everything is top-notch” The neighborhood was very safe, the stores were convenient to drive to, and This vacation property was beautiful!!! The owner, Natalie and the property manager Anja were very delightful and quickly addressed our needs & concerns. We had a minor issue with the kitchen sink and it was quickly corrected by Carsten. Due to the flight time change, which was not conducive for my 91-year Dad, Natalie accommodated us with an early check-in and chec-out for a modest and generous charge. Thank you, Natalie and Team. I Will definitely rent again!

Family Vacation

Efficient and Clean

We were all happy with the general condition of things and the kitchen was certainly well appointed for our cooking needs. We were golfing most days and though it we was a bit chilly, we used the pool a time or two. just wished for a few more drawers in the bedroom to store our things. The hanging closet caddies were a little short for over a weeks stay.

We were 2 couples, coming together from various parts of the globe. This house is fabulous- once we walked through the front door, it was like an oasis. Spacious Winter Getaway

We usually stay somewhere on the beach but opted for this beautiful house with bedrooms for all and a great pool area. Drove to a different beach each day. Loved the warm Florida sunshine! Excellent communication with property manager.

Cape Coral

My family and I stayed in the home from July 13 to July 19 and were very pleased. The area is nice and quiet. The property manager was easy to contact. We would definitely recommend this home. The only drawback was that the electricity charge at the end of the week, although expected , was higher than what we felt it should’ve been. The pool is awesome but the pavers on the patio around the pool were collapsing in some places which made walking in the area dangerous. The property manager did say that they were in contact with the builder of the home to rectify the situation which is a good thing. Overall the house was beautiful and clean. If you read this home you will not be disappointed .

Only thing I can think to complain about is having to go home. The property is beautiful, the house is brand new and absolutely stunning. Such an easy checkin and checkout process. Property managers were wonderful. Definitely plan to go back!

Great family get away

I wasn’t sure about booking this property because it was new and didn’t have any reviews but I am so happy we decided to book. The house was everything we wanted and more. The master suit is amazing . My 6’2 husband was able to fit in the tub and loved it. The 3 other bedrooms were great . The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. We mainly used the patio and pool. The pool was great and when we asked for it to be warmer the property manager fixed it with no issue. This house was get and definitely kid friendly. I appreciated that management placed a gate around the pool as we have a 1 year old crawling around . Definitely recommend this house . AMAZINGGGGG

What an amazingly beautiful home!!! Words can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was so friendly and helpful, the check in process was so swift and easy. The home was so comfortable and so modern.
