Begin your day on the lanai, savoring coffee while taking in tranquil waterfront views framed by twin fountains. The open, vaulted floor plan is designed for effortless entertaining, complemented by a spacious kitchen featuring an L-bar with tall swivel stools and brand-new Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, including a 25 sq. ft. refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser.

    The living room boasts a 70-inch TV, and the condo comes fully furnished with premium furniture. The en-suite master bedroom offers twin walk-in closets, a private bath with double sinks, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a plush king bed. Additional bedrooms include a second king bed, a queen bed, and a versatile office/bedroom with a daybed and trundle that converts into two twins or one large bed. Every room is generously sized for ultimate comfort.

    This end-unit condo also features in-home laundry, a two-car attached garage with a private driveway, and extra parking nearby. Located just over 5 miles from Fort Myers Beach and close to other Gulf beaches, it’s also across from Crown Colony Golf Course. The community amenities include a party room, fitness center, pool table, hot tub, pool, tennis, and Pickleball courts. We really enjoyed staying at this lovely condo. It was comfortable and well equipped. The neighbors were friendly, the work-out room and pool were great. we look forward to coming back next year.

Outstanding Condo

This property is very clean and comfortable in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and the beds were comfortable. You are literally 5-15 minutes from many eating establishments and 15-20 minutes from the the beach. Most convenient location we have stayed at in Ft. Myers. The community pool is well heated and the people are all very friendly. We highly recommend this property and the location.

Very friendly

As our second winter at this property it is apparent that we liked it. What I would like to add this year is how friendly everyone was. It doesn’t matter if you are a renter or an owner everyone is so nice.

Wonderful property

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful month at this beautiful property. The condo is very spacious and roomy -- well-equipped and family-friendly. Good location with easy access to many activities, restaurants, and the airport. Pool a real plus. We also enjoyed golf at local courses and pre-season baseball games during our stay. Great communication with owners before and during our stay. They are very accommodating. Wonderful community -- friendly and welcoming. Extremely clean upon arrival. Highly recommend this property!

Great two months at Avalon Preserve

This condo was everything we hoped it would be and more! The unit was clean, well appointed, ideally situated (walking distance to pool and clubhouse) and perfectly laid out for our family. Avalon Preserve is located close to stores, restaurants and Fort Myers Beach. Kevin, the property owner, was easy to communicate with and ensured our stay was perfect. We would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful condo

We had an amazing month at this beautiful condo. We had family come and go throughout the month and lots of room for everyone. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable with plenty of linens and towels (even beach towels which was a bonus). The kitchen is amply supplied with everything we needed to cook meals and the lanais is a beautiful spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and an occasional meal. The grounds are nice and we enjoyed using the pool and hot tub almost daily along with the fitness room. We couldn’t have asked for better neighbors below us. The owners are great and very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Winter Retreat

Great condo with all amenities. Could use an end table with a lamp for reading in living room. Other than that, perfect! Nice and quiet. Short Walk to well kept and not busy Pool Exercise room adequate. Close to shopping and beaches

2 WONDERFUL MONTHS IN FT MYERS!

Wonderful condo and terrific hosts! You could not want a better location. Beach a short drive away! Not only was the property spotless, the owners are incredibly responsive to every inquiry. Well equipped kitchen, amazing furnishings and ample room for our family of 5 for 2 months. Coffee on the balcony every morning with a water view was a treat! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!! Neighbors were kind, and quiet also!

Beautiful at Avalon Preserve - Bayport Lane

Excellent experience. The condo is beautiful in a premier location close to everything. Clean, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. Great communication with the owner who really cared about my comfort. I will be back next year.
