Welcome to Villa Lake Mohave, a spacious Florida style home set in a beautiful neighborhood and featuring a stunning lake view.

Kick your feet up, relax and unwind in this turnkey home with a cozy atmosphere.

Enjoy your relaxing Florida vacation in this beautiful, spacious villa on Lake Mohave. Newly renovated and beautifully furnished, it offers plenty of space and high comfort. The open living area with appointed dining room provides wonderful views of the pool and canal. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has direct access to the pool area. Three additional bedrooms offer the perfect accommodations for any occasion. Featuring 2 bedrooms with queen beds as well as a bunk room which includes 2 full beds and 2 twin beds. The three bathrooms each have a shower and bathtub. The living area and 3 bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs. High-speed internet and cable TV. The new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all necessary utensils leaves nothing to be desired.

Enjoy your breakfast or a festive barbecue on the spacious pool terrace. After an outing or a successful shopping tour, a dip in the refreshing pool provides the ultimate relaxation. You'll appreciate the quiet, well maintained neighborhood with convenient access to supermarkets and restaurants. The idyllic, small beach of Cape Coral is just over 10 minutes away and the beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Naples and Sanibel / Captiva can be reached in about 30 to 60 minutes.

In regards to cleaning, our cleaning service is using EPA approved sanitizers and following CDC Covid cleaning procedures.

Pool and hot tub were beautiful. However after the pool man came we had difficulty get the hot tub to heat up. The house was nice. Floors need attention. Big holes near baseboards. Not sure about the floor installer!! Also need new rugs. Living room rugs very dirty and tripping hazard. Bathroom off the living room needs attention. Attention around toilet and need to fix bathtub faucet. Other areas very nice. Thank you!!

Spent two weeks here and loved every minute of it. The home is spacious, clean, and well appointed. Located in central Cape Coral, it was less than 10 minutes from the nearest Publix and Target. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. But the absolute highlight is the outdoor space. We spent most of our time in the lanai enjoying the pool and hot tub. The covered portion had plenty of seating for meals and watching TV. Not sure we even turned on the TV in the living room given the outdoor TV on the lanai. Highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at the house. The host was quick to reply to the one issue we had AND fixed it within a few hours. Check in and check out was easy and smooth….no issues at all. We have stayed at many homes over the past several years, this is the first home we would definitely stay at again! The area was quaint and quiet……the house was warm and inviting. We loved the open concept. The pool was nice and warm, the hot tub so relaxing. We will see you soon!Jen and George

The pictures were much nicer than the house. There were a bunch of little things that were annoying. The guest bathroom toilet and tub were clogged, guest bedroom the ceiling light fixture didn’t work and fan stayed on high speed. Every drawer in the kitchen was broken, all the outside lights were out, tv in bedroom didn’t work and the hot tub wouldn’t stay on. The breaker kept tripping. We contacted the host and he was good with communication and trying to get it fixed. (Also told my husband he could get on a ladder and fix lights) When I go on vacation and pay the money we’re paying we expect a little more than what we got.

Our house was amazing. Perfect for my family. We loved the large bedrooms and the large open concept kitchen and living room. My Grandkids and myself loved the large pool and the great view of the canal and lake. For me the best part was watching the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee the pool deck.

Perfect Family Getaway

The house was just as listed. It was clean and weak equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and outside TV area. The bunk beds were great for the kids. All the beds were comfortable. We slept good. They supplied plenty of towels for bathing and pool. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We look forward to returning.

Grandma and Grandpa’s Family Treat

Clean, spacious property that was perfect for our family of 9 (6 adults, 3 children). Our 10th trip to Cape Coral and getting VRBO property. The house was very clean, well organized, and decorated nicely. The only glitch we had was the baby items (portable crib, high chair) were stored in the garage and were filthy. Luckily my husband and I arrived early and were able to clean everything before the littles arrived. We usually stay on the west side, and this side was okay.

We can’t say enough great things about this property. The outdoor area with heated spa and pool, plenty of lounging and eating space, and the great pool toys, were a favorite of all. It was neat, clean, and beautifully cared for upon check in. Communication with the host was first rate. We loved the location and all the extra touches. We hope to return!

Relaxing with perfect weather!

This house is well supplied and very comfortable. We spent an amazing amount of time in the lovely pool and loved having a large stash of pool towels available on a table just outside the sliding glass door. The kitchen had all the utensils etc that we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we were fortunate to have as perfect weather as one could expect: low 80's every day and I think there was one partly cloudy day the entire two weeks! We found several nice parks withing a resonable driving distance for our walks. Minor questions and one light repair were addressed promplty by the owners and this was greatly appreciated. Quality people renting a quality place!

ESCAPING THE COLD

the house fit all of our needs to a tee. This is the first place that said heated spa and pool that actually was. This was a trip saver, with the weather not cooperating we were able to still use both. neighbors thought we were nuts. easy access to everything. definitely would come back.

Loved the quiet neighborhood, the spacious , well furnished home but I think the hot of the trip was the heated pool and hot tub. We mostly just relaxed and enjoyed getting away. We did explore the area a little but the main focus was relaxing. We loved the art fair and the local restaurants. Quick response to any questions and the information in the house was useful!Thank you and hope to visit again!
