3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home: completely updated, with white kitchen and new flooring. Full view pool cage provides nice view of water.

Immaculately clean home with all the toys included. Golf clubs, bicycles, tennis rackets, fishing gear, and kayaks are yours to use - enjoy your time away and outdoors Our pool is heated for your pleasure, but the salt water canal is not :-) Inside you will find multiple TVs, an audiophile stereo, and stainless steel appliances. The 3 Bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins) will comfortably sleep 6. Master Bedroom has on-suite. Guest bath on East side of home.
Cape Harbor restaurants are a short walk away featuring great atmosphere, food, and live music. Rent a boat, and enjoy the canals, the river and the Gulf of Mexico. Or drive to the beaches of Sanibel & Ft Myers Beach. Many high quality restaurants and sports bars are located within 1.5 mile drive. I am confident you will enjoy your stay.

My family and I use this home as well, so if you see a date/stay unavailable, reach out to me - we may be able to adjust our schedule.

This was a lovely home in a great location. We had a couple of minor problems with check in and the internet, but that was it! The owner was always responsive to phone calls and took care of the problems. The home was well stocked with everything needed to start our vacation: toilet paper, paper towels, even coffee in the freezer! The home was clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great stay in Cape Coral

We just stayed at this residence in Cape Coral. Todd was recommended to me by a friend. He had great communication prior to our stay and the days leading up. We flew in on an allegiant flight to Punta gorda and had about a 30-40 minute, easy drive, in that night. Todd checked with me to verify that we were the ones at the residence. Todd was great at asking what my kids liked to do, recommending restaurants, beaches and activities. We also swam at the house, fished off the docks; we also saw 2 pairs of dolphins while we were fishing on the docks. The house has everything needed for your stay, from kitchen items to everything you need for the beach. Publix grocery store is very near. We grabbed breakfast items and steaks to grill. Make sure you go to or order from lobster lady restaurant. We went to Sanibel island and Fort Myers beach. 30 min drive to each, but worth it. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, we walked and biked and saw many many People doing the same. I can’t say enough great things about Todd and his house.

Amazing house and host!

Todd was an amazing host! He was extremely prompt with needed information and with making sure check in went smoothly for us. We only reached out with a couple questions and received immediate responses. The house was perfect for our group of 6. The pictures don't do this place justice. It much more spacious and modern than we thought it would be. Kids and adults loved the pool! We rented a boat and it was an easy and short ride to open waters. We were able to fish off the dock as well. Although we didn't have time to use them, the kayaks looked new and easily accessible. We did use the fishing poles, bikes, and pool toys. Loved this stay!!!

Hurricane damage

Stars are based on excellent previous reviews by other guests, since review could not be completed without the ratings Unfortunately, our reservation was canceled due to hurricane damage so I am unable to give an actual opinion on the condition. Todd was excellent to deal with, and kept us informed leading up to the time when it was determined, repairs could not be finished on time.

An amazing vacation

Todd was one of the best hosts we have ever had and his house was exactly what we were looking for. It had everything we needed and then some. A wagon to carry things on the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys, bikes, kayaks.. it was wonderful. The pool was fantastic and our kids really enjoyed fishing in the canal. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. We liked how close the house was to Cape Harbor Marina. Overall, a fantastic stay and we look forward to returning!

Perfect Family Vacay

We loved our stay! The home is clean and absolutely equipped for a family! Our little fisherman was catching fish all day and night on the dock, our eldest spent his time in the kayak and we all enjoyed the pool! Lots of great food in the area. Sanibel Island, Pine Island and Fort Meyers are all within an hour drive and perfect for a day out. Todd was kind and helpful from the moment we booked until the moment we departed for home. We will definitely be back to stay again soon. Thank you, Todd!

Wonderful property in a great location!

We had an amazing time at this property! Very clean and has everything you need for a worry free stay. Todd was a great host, he was easy to get in contact with and offered great suggestions for things to do in the area! Walking distance to Rum Runners and live entertainment in Cape Harbor. Great dock and location for boating as well. Highly recommend.

This is a great spot!

We loved staying in Cape Coral on this trip. We’re beach, water sports, and Red Sox fans, so we’ve stayed in Lee County our fair share. This was our favorite place we’ve stayed. The neighborhood is quiet and close to dining options. Cape Harbor is right there. The house is well maintained, well supplied, and clean. The pool is great. You’re also about 30 minutes from Sanibel, Ft Myers beach, or Lovers Key! Wish I’d had a boat to enjoy the quick access to the gulf from the canal. The boat rental fell through, but staying at such a nice property made even missing out on having a boat not so bad. Todd was great! He even told us to take extra time on our check out day due to his cleaning crew not coming until the following day. We enjoyed our extra time to unwind after packing the cars before the trip home. Thanks again Todd!

Great Escape & Great Host

Property is located in a nice neighborhood. Short kayak ride to the harbor and river from the canal behind the house. Todd was very responsive to emails and calls. There were a few maintenance things when we started but Todd was able to give us directions. His suggestions for beaches, places to visits and restaurants were very helpful and accurate. We would stay at the place again.

Enjoyable stay despite a couple of hiccups

We can’t say enough about the owner Todd. We had a couple of hiccups and Todd was always contactable and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely consider returning again and highly recommend.
