     Situado directamente en la playa en el muy popular Carlos Pointe Beach Club en el extremo sur de Fort Myers Beach, a poca distancia del Parque Nacional Lover's Key. Este condominio para no fumadores de dos habitaciones / dos baños es una unidad de la esquina que fue bellamente renovada. Estas renovaciones incluyen una nueva cocina con encimeras de granito, muebles nuevos de alta calidad que incluyen una gran TV de pantalla plana de 42 "y un reproductor de DVD. Nuestro condominio de esquina ha agregado espacio para acomodar a SEIS huéspedes. La sala de estar, el comedor y la terraza son más grandes que los condominios estándar en Carlos Pointe Beach Club. Tanto el dormitorio principal como el de invitados también están equipados con TV de pantalla plana. Nuestro condominio está decorado con un toque floridiano y está muy bien mantenido; para que pueda estar seguro de unas vacaciones muy cómodas! El condominio cuenta con internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad para que pueda navegar por la red mientras se sienta en el balcón con mosquitero mientras observa el magnífico brillo del Golfo de México. Esta unidad se encuentra en el 3er piso y se completa con una vista absolutamente impresionante de la playa y el Golfo desde el balcón de malla larga. Este club de playa es ideal para familias con una piscina espectacular, acceso al Golfo y nuestra hermosa playa de arena !.

    La propiedad está cerca de excelentes restaurantes a través de Lee Tran Trolley, a un corto trayecto en coche oa pie. Atracciones locales tales como parques temáticos, mini golf, parasailing, alquiler de kayaks, tours, pesca están disponibles. Las compras son increíbles con el centro comercial de diseño y una variedad de mercados a poca distancia. Convenientemente ubicado en los estadios de entrenamiento de primavera para los Minnesota Twins y Boston Red Soxs.

Cooperative and responsive host

Very clean. Non-crowded beach. Any questions or issues we had were taken care of quickly. Condo was as expected. Our first time to Fort Myers Beach. While we prefer Destin, PCB area, this was a nice getaway to try something new.

1 week at Carlos Point Condo's

Easy to find and get into our room. Owner was a great communicator. Beds were comfy. Couch was a little to soft, but who sits during vacation! Screened porch was fantastic - roomy enough for everyone to sit in and has great views. No disturbances of any kind. I forgot something when I left and the owner is helping me to get it back to me.

Perfect for 2 couples

This condo is perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own bath off the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped so we made most of our own meals. The location is perfect, close to Lovers Key Park and far from the hubbub at Time Square. A wonderful experience!

Perfect Location-Fantastic Condo-Great Communication!

I was very impressed with the condominium and all the room that it had. The beds were extremely comfortable and I also liked how quiet it was in the building we stayed at. Fort Myers get away

The condo is on the south end of the island across from Lovers Key. The beach there faces both the open ocean and Lovers Key. The shelling was great, there were no crowds, the place was very family oriented. A pretty good walk to the water. Communication with the owners was great.

Christmas Break

Great location - easy access from the south through Bonita Springs. Everything was clean. Kitchen is small but great. Building is well maintained. Pool and patio area is very nice. Easy walk to Lovers Key. Owner is very engaged and easy to talk to and work with. We hope to stay here again.

Our stay at the Carlos Pointe was wonderful. The condo so super neat and clean when we arrived. The view was wonderful! I have never had such wonderful communication with a condo owner. Marcia was very kind and wanted to make sure everything was going great with the rental. Having the small washer/dryer in the condo is GREAT! Even though you could only use it for small loads, it saved you the hassle of taking you laundry to and back from somewhere! I love the location because it was a gorgeous view, but not to far from Bonita Springs. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again if in the area!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at Carlos Pointe before and love it more each time. Condo was lovely. Enjoyed the lanai. Walked to Lovers Key Park every morning. It is beautiful there. The beach was very nice as well as the pool. Weather was great too except for one day that it stormed. Traffic wasn't bad either. We will definitely be back!!
