Entire home rental for your Cape Coral vacation. This home is great for someone who has difficulty with stairs and is perfect for a family or a couple’s getaway. Everything is on one floor with a large living room, kitchen, and dining area. Our guests love the layout of the home and all of the amenities available to them. They also say that they love being in a quiet neighborhood where they can walk or run. Finally, they love the location in the Pelican section of Cape Coral and the proximity to the attractions.

Note that parties are not allowed and guests under 25 require advance approval.

Pets: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis for longer stays. $20 per day or $200 per stay, whichever is less. Will be added to the booking when agreed to in messaging and the expense must be accepted. Any animals brought on the property will require an additional liability waiver and assumption of liability form signature prior to the check-in date. Animals are not allowed in the pool area or on the living room furniture. All animals must be leashed at all times outdoors, walked accordingly, and use of disposal bags used and properly disposed of. Any damages to the property will be the responsibility of the guest.

Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a Ring doorbell that records motion at the door and allows us to answer the door remotely when the home is unoccupied. There are no camera devices inside the home. Our cleaner closet is also monitored by a contact alarm system, and guests do not have access. Finally, there are cameras at the community pool and dumpster locations monitored by the homeowners' association. Other unit owners may also have their own cameras at their front doors.

We were thoroughly impressed with Stacey and her property. The condo was spacious, elegantly outfitted, and very clean. It was very generously stocked for a comfortable stay. A highlight of our time was the pool which is a very short walk from the front door, a perfect place to soak up the sun when relaxing. The local area has plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions to explore. We enjoyed a kayak tour and playing Pickleball in a local park.

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! Stacey had literally everything we could have needed for our young family! The pack-n-play was great, it meant we didn’t have to fly with one! The older kids had a blast playing the old-school arcade game! The pool was perfect, and all the residents we ran into were so friendly! Such a safe neighborhood with so many things within walking distance! Stacey has a board on the wall with suggestions of things to do/places to eat in the area! It was great for us since we weren’t familiar with the area! We would 100% go back and look forward to the day we can! Thank you so much for all your accommodations! Can’t recommend this condo enough!

What a wonderful stay! Stacey communicated so well, from the time of reservation to our checking out. This condo was so well prepared for our one week stay! The beds were very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen and baths. The garage had six bikes, bike helmets, coolers, backpacks, water toys, golf clubs and lawn chairs! We loved our stay. Huge residential area so we could ride bikes and take walks while feeling safe.

Short quick holiday stay

Location was great. No worries walking outside and walking to the community pool. Weather was great so pool was really warm. Had Publix CVS Walgreens all near by which was great. The manager was very responsive. We were stressed about having to wash the towels before we left but we were able to help them out and do this. They were awesome with letting us have an early check-in. Appreciated that.

This condo has everything you might want while on vacation. MUCH more stocked than many we have stayed at. We used little as we were only there for 6 days but the bikes and wagon were great!! The French Press was a short bike ride away and was a great breakfast spot. Fathoms was also good for food!! Would definitely stay again!wonderful hike ride away for a leisurely

This property was truly amazing. The place was so clean with more amenities than we could ever have expected. From fishing poles, coolers and bikes to even seasonings for cooking were provided. Home Blessings

Thank you for sharing your home with my sister and me. What a blessing that your condo was available and I even went so far as reviewing one across the street that is for sale. We needed nothing had everything and more. My sister and I were so comfortable it felt like home. Our previous accommodation was damaged from Milton so we found this condo 2 weeks before we were going. Stacy and Mike responded immediately and the guest board on the kitchen wall is awesome. Amazing for a family!

This was the perfect stay for our family of 5! Plenty of room and spacious. My kids said the pull out beds were the most comfortable they’ve slept on and with all of the sports travel they, have slept on a lot of beds so that says a lot. The best part was all of the amenities that they provided from shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, any and every kitchen appliance you could ever need. They had everything needed to spend an entire day at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagons to carry it all. Great location in an extremely quiet neighborhood and close to many delicious restaurants. The hosts are hands down the best we’ve ever had, quick to respond any time we had a question or wanted a recommendation of places to go. Once you stay you will definitely want to come back again! Thanks for making our week a wonderful one!

The property looks just like the picture. There was a toll every time you crossed the bridge but other than that very quiet and clean. Loved the restaurant Lobster Lady. If you stay here you must try their lobster it’s a great restaurant across the street from the home.
