Guest Interaction: Our offices are quite close, located around the corner on the Sanibel Harbour Resort property, in the Harbour Tower, and Bay View Tower ground level across from the pool. It is not necessary for you to check in with us, but we are happy to help if you need any assistance during your visit with us.

HOA Application Requirements: Some reservations may require approval from the community association and may not be approved if booked within 5 days of arrival, including a rental application and/or background check. Additional processing fees may apply and are not included in your booking costs. Punta Rassa community grounds are currently undergoing a redesign, with completion expected in fall 2026. All amenities are open and available for enjoyment, with the exception of the fishing pier, for which a restoration timeline has not yet been determined.
