A resort sized heated pool invites you to take a dip or just soak up the sun relaxing on one of the many lounge chairs on the sundeck; for those more athletic souls there are tennis courts on the grounds for a good workout! The BBQ and picnic area awaits you in case you want to enjoy the sun shine and Gulf breezes and eat in during your vacation.

The fabulous Admiral's Bay Vacation Condo 254 has been professionally decorated for comfort with plush furnishings for quiet enjoyment. The open floor layout and vaulted ceilings give a spacious feel and offers wonderful accommodations for "island living." The living room features two comfy sofas and a huge flat screen TV so the entire family can relax or gather with friends after a full day at the beach. Sliding glass doors lead to the screened in lanai overlooking the canal, the pool and the beautiful preserve. The lanai is your gateway to the outdoors and private enjoyment of our fresh beach air! Perfect spot to catch up on your reading. The dining area features a large table for four, with seating for four more at the breakfast bar nearby. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances, including that oh so important dishwasher, along with dishware, cookware and tableware for dining in or entertaining.

The two Bedrooms are tastefully decorated and outfitted for the best possible night's sleep. The newly furnished Master Bedroom En Suite has a King sized bed and its own TV when you just can't sleep! The Master Bath has just been remodeled with a grand Walk In Shower.

The Guest Bedroom features two Full sized beds and also has its own TV. There's plenty of room for everyone! Next door is the newly remodeled Guest Bath.

For your convenience, there is free WiFi and a Washer and Dryer tucked away out in the lanai. There are building elevators and ample on site parking.

Admiral's Bay is a short walk across the street to the Wyndham Garden Hotel (they have a great Tiki Bar) and the Gulf's beautiful white sand beach. From there, you can walk either south towards Lover's Key State Park and enjoy the nature walks or shelling on the beach, or north to the Times Square area to enjoy all the shops, restaurants and activities that the island has to offer. Santini Plaza is a few blocks south and offers shopping and restaurants to satisfy any palate.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
