The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are open, and the Estero Beach & Tennis Club has re-opened while they complete their finishing touches. This may include some work around the 3 condo towers and common areas of the property to include the common area landscaping and elevator lobbies. The work may also involve some workers, vehicles, materials during the day at times.

The moment you step into this lovely 12th floor condo, you'll know you're in for something special! The stunning view seen throughout will take your breath away - the sugar sands of Fort Myers Beach and the magical sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico are the backdrop for your unforgettable vacation. The tastefully decorated studio is laid out with a living/dining area, sleeping space, bathroom, full kitchen and open balcony that offers a view of the Gulf and toward the northern end of the island.

Up to 4 guests can share this space and enjoy:

Full kitchen with granite counters, full size appliances, cookware, dinnerware and small kitchen appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker

Sleeping space has a king size bed, corner makeup table/task desk with chair, closet and a moveable partition that may be drawn to divide the sleeping area and living room.

The bathroom features a large walk-in shower

Windows flank two walls of the condo, bringing the Florida sunlight and jaw-dropping 12th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico and Fort Myers Beach right into the living space. An expanded open balcony with seating for 4 looks directly over the Gulf, and toward the northern end of the island.

All bed linens, bath, kitchen and beach towels are included.

The door features a keyless lock, so you can come and go freely without having to keep track of keys at the beach.

Free WiFi is available throughout the unit.

Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and cooler are all available for your use.

The tennis & pickleball courts are new and ready to be used; community BBQ grills are also available.

The coin operated laundry facilities are located in building A on the ground floor next to the stairway door & elevators.

This property sits on the south end of the island, directly across from the Santini Plaza which is scheduled to begin re-opening toward the end of 2024.

When you aren't enjoying the beach, you can drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island; north off the island you'll find the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to multiple public golf courses and the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox. Nearby Coconut Point and the Miromar Outlets are great shopping and dining destinations; and we can't leave out the tony Waterside shops and 5th Avenue in Naples - fun whether you shop, eat or just look! Take a day to trip to the Florida Everglades for some alligator spotting on an exhilarating airboat ride. Southwest Florida truly does have a little something for everything!

This property is approximately 25 miles from RSW International Airport.

4th of July on the beach

Condo is beautiful and exactly as it looks in the photos, stunning views, very clean & very quiet. Our family wanted simplicity and quick beach access, that’s exactly what we got. To our surprise sea turtles nested just below our balcony and we watched dolphins every morning & evening. Fireworks from the balcony were fantastic! We appreciated the fan and travel size coolers. The partition was wonderful but that side does get stuffy when closed, the fan was very helpful. The condo exceeded our expectations and provided everything we needed and wanted. My only suggestion is that the beach toys and supplies need to be updated. We traveled with 4 and there were only 2 chairs, new buckets & umbrella would be nice. Communication was wonderful, check in/out was easy and entry codes were communicated well and easily. Transparently for the review, the south end of the island does not have restaurants. There is a Publix close as well as a coffee & gift shop(s). If you are looking for a quiet stay this is the place. The night life is at the north end and a quick 5-10 minute drive. Parking can be expensive 3-20 depending on the amount of time.Condo is 2 miles from Snook Bight Marina if wanting to charter a boat. Island Runner Tours did a wonderful job as well.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

5 star view, quick beach access, If its open

The unit itself is exactly like the picture. I found the property comfortable . The beach was closed with caution tape all around it (surprise to us) The condo complex itself is in need of MANY repairs and does not appear to be tended to, 1 of the 2 elevators has been broken since Jan, The other one broke and the fire department had to be called. They did get 1 elevator back running ,the mirror in the "repaired" elevator has a broken mirror that is kept together with duck tape.Because there is only 1 elevator it took along time to get any where. I did not have a way to get into the pool as there were no passes in the unit, I went to the office 3 different times on Monday, and it was always locked. I said something to some of the people on the tables if they had seen anyone in the office and they just shrugged, The next day I was there when it opened, and it was the same lady that was sitting on the table playing on her phone!!! So not well managed the carpets in the hallway are never cleaned, they are full of sand and dog hair, we were there for 8 days and they were never vacuumed once. The unit itself has some quirks, It is missing the fan in the bathroom, and trim is missing. The air conditioning sounds like a plane engine, You cannot open some of the cupboards while the 1 fan in the unit is running or it hits the fan. The bed is comfortable, the view is great & no problems with Wi-Fi. This could be a 5 star unit with a little TLC. No restaurants close by condo.

Beautiful gulf view!

Even though we had heavy equipment on the beach during our stay, the view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo was clean with a well equipped kitchen. The wait for the elevator was long at times and only one was working. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Picked a bad week to stay

The condo itself was as advertised in the photos and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the cooler for example, and the new blender that was quickly supplied when we reported the one in the cupboard was broken. On the negative side, the air conditioner was very loud, and one of the two elevators was out-of-service the entire week (and the working one seemed rickety). The sunsets were beautiful - fabulous view. However, a hydraulic dredge is excavating sand from offshore and pumping it onto the beach via a pipeline. The discharge point was right in front of our condo, so there were bulldozers working practically around the clock pushing / shaping the sand. Our beach was blocked off and the noise (beeping) was continuous (they even worked at night). Sitting out on the lanai was not a pleasant option. We could access the beach a little further up for walks, but we didn't want to carry chairs, etc. so didn't spend much time on the beach. It looked like they might have been getting ready to move to the next location down the beach when we left, but I can't be sure. Also, there is a lot of road construction, so traffic getting into town or on/off the island was very congested depending on the time of day. We booked through VRBO but communication with the property manager was through another organization; they were very responsive, but it required email vs.using the VRBO app.

Great location, beautiful view!

The location was great & the condo has a beautiful view. There’s a major shortage of restaurants in the area as a result of all the storm damage & the traffic is a challenge. I feel like the unit itself needs some upgrades and a deep cleaning. The amenities were pretty sparse. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The place needed a good dusting. With all the construction going on, there was a light coating on the floors, and you could tell things were falling off from the ceilings inside. You definitely need a new mattress and the kitchen table is leveled off by little pieces of cardboard
