While our beautiful beachfront complex continues its transformation, the SHELLebrations Condo Unit in the South Building is fully renovated and ready to welcome guests starting June 2025! Nestled directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this spacious and stylish condo offers everything you need for a relaxing, affordable island getaway.

The rest of the complex is undergoing concrete repairs, with completion expected by December 2025. During this period, some amenities—including the heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and BBQ areas—will remain temporarily closed. But here's the good news: you’ll still enjoy direct private beachfront access and the fully equipped, brand-new fitness center, ready for your daily workouts.

And by December 2025, even more amenities will be available—including the heated swimming pool and refreshed common areas—making SHELLebrations an even better place to return to again and again.

Please Note
Thanks to hurricane-strength sliding glass doors, this unit sustained minimal damage and is fully ready for guests. While construction on the other two buildings continues through December 2025, it will not interfere with your unit experience. However, some shared amenities will be limited until the work is complete. Landscaping is also pending, so expect a simpler outdoor aesthetic for now.

But when you step outside? You're just steps from the sand, and right across the street from Santini Plaza’s shops and restaurants. Plus, the local beach trolley makes it easy to explore favorites like Lovers Key State Park and the vibrant Margaritaville Beach Resort area.

Great condo!

We loved the condo, pool, people we met & location ie: can walk everywhere. Unfortunately, we didn't love the beach access. We felt as though there should be a boardwalk to access the beach from the property.
