Overlooking Estero Bay, The Palms 4E is an island beauty of a vacation home that will serve as an ideal getaway for up to 4 lucky guests. This absolutely fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bath air-conditioned condo offers large accommodations that give guests plenty of room to spread out and relax. Decorated with coastal flair, this gorgeous condo is outfitted with loads of special items to make your vacation experience the best ever. Every room in the living space enjoys a breathtaking view of the Bay!

Best feature of this amazing vacation condo is the Screened In Lanai. Patio table and chairs allow for outdoor dining or relaxing for hours reading a book or just watching the dolphins play and the boats go by on their way out to the Gulf. Nothing like a spectacular, panoramic View of the Bay!

The beautiful, open concept living area, recently treated to wood vinyl plank flooring, includes a comfy couch and chair, and flat screen TV for your enjoyment after a day of fun in the sun. There's also a lovely dining table for four for formal sit down dinners. Beyond the living area through sliding glass doors is the fantastic screened in lanai offering beautiful water views of the Bay. There you will find more comfortable seating to relax and read a book while catching the tropical breezes coming in from the Bay. Patio furniture includes a table and chairs for 4 to enjoy outdoor dining or that early morning cup of coffee to start your day.

The fully equipped Kitchen offers all the extra's including a full complement of big and small appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. Custom cabinetry and corian countertops make food prep a dream. There's even a Breakfast Bar with two bar stools. And best of all, there's a desk and chair in one corner of Kitchen to provide a comfortable spot for all those who have to work remotely.

The spacious and beautiful Master Bedroom En Suite features a King Sized Bed, a wall of glass to give you your own fabulous view of the Bay every morning, a lovely Walk In Closet, and a private Screened In Lanai access. The Master Bath En Suite enjoys a Walk In Shower. The wonderful Guest Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds, each dressed in fresh linens, and its own TV. (There's a Queen sized inflatable mattress) Next door is a Guest Bath with a shower/tub combination.

For your convenience, there is an in-unit Laundry Room with a full sized washer and dryer - you can travel light, clean clothes and towels throughout your stay and no need to travel home with dirty laundry. There's cable TV service; free WiFi to work remotely or to better look up our area attractions - all kinds of waters sports, fishing, dolphin tours, shell collecting, shopping, island bars, restaurants and night spots; a secured lobby; building elevator to take you to your 4th Floor Condo; and ample on-site parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The Palms is an exclusive, beautifully maintained complex that sits directly on the Bay. The Palms Amenities include a Clubhouse with a Resort Sized Heated Pool and an expansive area full of lounge chairs for sun bathing and table and chairs for picnics by the pool. There is a shuffleboard court by the Pool Area, and a BBQ grill that sits on the Bay side with a fabulous view. Guests of the The Palms 4E are also treated to other wonderful Resort Amenities: Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Bocce Courts, Private Fishing Dock, Walking Paths, Chipping and Pitching Greens and lots of safe places to ride a bike. Best of all, The Palms has a private Beach Access directly across the street at the entrance of Bay Beach Lane. Just a short walk away, there is a crosswalk that leads directly to our beautiful beaches.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Within walking distance, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters.
