Nestled amidst tropical palms on a serene mid-island street, The Lazy Place is a charming 3 bed, 3 bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Step inside through the sunlit porch to discover a spacious living area adorned with ample cozy seating. The sleek, beautifully renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile backsplash, quartz countertops with a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. The master bedroom, adorned with a plush king bed, offers an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom also provides a king bed with a nearby guest bath equipped with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom comes complete with its own television for your entertainment needs. Downstairs features a private room with a daybed and guest bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside, indulge in the private pool or rinse off sandy feet in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Next to the pool is a covered lanai with a TV, which is perfect for afternoons to relax in the shade while kids play in the pool. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
