Welcome to Blue View, a stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bath home that comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. The chef in your group will love the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island, and a breakfast bar. With seating for 6 at the dining table, 3 at the bar, and 4 more at the breakfast bar, there’s plenty of room for meals and gathering. The main level also includes a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, a wet bar, a guest bedroom, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, including the luxurious primary suite with an expansive attached bathroom. Unwind on one of four lanais, each offering breathtaking water views, perfect for enjoying sunrises, sunsets, or moments of solitude. Whether sipping your morning coffee, savoring an evening cocktail, or simply relaxing, Blue View is the ideal retreat for creating lasting memories.

Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. We had a pleasant visit and a wonderful time. There are a few stairs where the trim is breaking up and we actually got tripped up a few times. Fortunately nobody actually fell and got hurt. I’d most definitely recommend fixing that issue. Otherwise, we found the house very spacious and accommodating.

Long weekend getaway with friends

The house was very basic and bare. It had no rugs, so everything echoed. The people in the downstairs bedroom had the worst room, because of the echo- the smaller noise was amplified in their room. The bathroom door upstairs did not lock from the one bedroom. The fan in the bunk room did not work.one of the bedspreads was dirty- so we needed to wash it. The bathroom shower downstairs had hair all over the floor of it. It had not been cleaned. It honestly was just okay. Didn’t wow us, but wasn’t awful either. The neighbourhood was quiet- which was nice. The pool was quaint and nice- but was closed for 2 hours a day for cleaning and maintenance. You can walk to the beach- but it’s quite a trek from the house- especially in the heat. We were definitely glad we had rented a car.

Excellent…just EXCELLENT!!

The house is in great condition and was perfectly cleaned and ready for us. Everything worked exceptionally well and it accommodated our group wonderfully. Great pitch sitting areas for the morning and evening hours. The house its self was situated perfectly close to the beach and the harbor. Overall amazing home!!
