Spectacular Views!! Steps to Beach! Overlooking beautiful Estero Bay. Paradise!
Spectacular views of the amazingly beautiful Estero Bay can be enjoyed from every room in the condo. From this vantage point, you’ll see boats and water sports activities passing by throughout the day—truly an enjoyable experience! While sitting on the balcony, you can take in the vivid view of the bay waters hitting the shore and fluffy clouds floating above, almost as if you could reach out and touch them. The resort is frequented by a variety of wildlife, including dolphins, manatees, stingrays, pelicans, pink flamingos, and herons—all visible right from the balcony! Being on the 4th floor, you can relax to the soothing sounds of crashing waves and watch fishing along the shores and at the small beach within the resort. From the moment you check in, you’ll be greeted by the phenomenal view from the balcony!
The condo’s petite kitchen has been updated with new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven), cabinets, and a granite countertop. The bathroom vanity has also been updated with entirely new cabinets and a granite countertop. The condo offers sleeping accommodations for four, including a very comfortable king-size bed in the bedroom and a hotel-style queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area. There are 32" and 50" TVs (DirecTV with many channels), high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, and guest parking. The condo is well-appointed with most everything needed for your stay, including cookware, dishes, linens, a coffee maker, blender, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, towels, sheets, beach towels, and more. In the ground-floor storage, there is beach equipment, including a cooler, beach chairs, and bodyboard for a fun beach day!
On-site, you will experience a true resort atmosphere, featuring an incredible lagoon-style heated pool and spa with a cascading waterfall, as well as the award-winning restaurant and bar, “Flipper’s On The Bay”—the best on Fort Myers Beach, in our opinion—with spectacular views overlooking the Estero Bay. Other amenities include on-site laundry and gas grills for fun cookouts and more! While there is a small beach at the resort itself, Lover's Key State Park is only a short 15-minute walk across the street, where you can enjoy miles of pristine white-sand beach. The state park offers hiking, bicycling, kayaking, fishing, shelling, picnicking, and tours.
Outside, finding restaurants, shopping, nightlife, fishing trips, golf courses, kayaking, parasailing, and boat/jet ski rentals will be a breeze, as they are all nearby. You can hop on the Island trolley, which stops right by the resort entrance, and it will take you up the 7 miles of Fort Myers Beach, all the way to the popular Times Square! There, you'll discover countless restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and souvenir shops.

- There will be a simple 1-page standard vacation property rental agreement to e-sign after booking, which recaps the house rules stated on the Vrbo site.
- Check yourself in using the keypad access code, which will be provided along with a welcome guide 12 days before check-in.
- To help you settle in, basic starter items are provided: paper towels, a trash bag, toilet paper, a bar of soap, dishwasher soap, and detergent.
- The WiFi passcode will be in the welcome guide as well as in the Vrbo guest app.
- Self check-in with keypad; check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Storage for beach equipment (two beach chairs, a stroller, a wheeled cooler, etc.) is located on the ground floor. Codes for the self-access keypad door and to unlock the storage (labeled #402) are also in the welcome guide.
- No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the balcony.
- No excessive noise is allowed (per city ordinance). Please keep loud noise on the balcony to a minimum after 10 PM.

- Upon reserving a 25% initial deposit is due. Then 30 days prior to arrival the balance is due.
