Welcome to our "Sandy Feet Retreat"at 6036 Estero Blvd! Our property is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home in the side by side duplex, perfect for a large family beach vacation. Located on the beach side with your private beach access right outside your back door - sand is practically at your door step. You can enjoy amazing sunsets from the second floor balcony!
"Sandy Feet Retreat" (6036 Estero Blvd) is 2000+ sq.ft. 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with loft duplex. Very bright and specious with the beach view and brand new pool!
The main level of the property has a great room setup. The large spacious family room has comfy couch and big flat screen TV. The kitchen has all the essentials of home including many small appliances and breakfast bar. Enjoy lots of natural light with the wall to wall glass sliders that lead out to the screened deck area with outdoor table with chairs. Also on the main level is a bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The upper level has two more bedrooms, large closets, a full bathroom with tub/shower and loft area. Bedrooms #2 has a king bed and bedroom #3 has a twin over full bunk bed. The loft area is a relaxing seating area and extra sleeping space with futon with large glass sliders that go out the the upper level deck.
Pool area is fenced in and has lounge chairs.
Covered parking underneath the house or you can park right in the front.
We are 20 min bike ride to the town center. Publix (grocery store) is few min away, as well as CVS pharmacy.
Our location is perfect in the sense of us being far enough from the busy part of town and hotels so you can have peaceful stay but close drive to all that town has to offer. You can also walk to a few restaurants near by.

Fort Myers Beach has lots to do to keep you busy during your vacation including bike, boat and jet ski rentals. From this property, you are in walking distance to few restaurants and shops and short ride to town center. There is a trolley stop near by that can take you to south of the island to explore Lovers Key Beach. The trolley also travels to the north-end where you can explore the Time Square area and Bowditch Park. You can also learn some history at the Shellmound House located mid-island. Fort Myers Beach is a great place for a family vacation, we hope to see you soon.
If you are new to Fort Myers Beach, please be aware that the island sustained devastating damage by hurricane Ian in 2022. We are just a few lucky home owners who got to keep their home. We don't have any houses left between the beach and our home. it is all cleaned up but there are open pools on empty lots. please message me with ANY questions before you make reservation.
If you visited island before, you most likely fall in love with it just like us and can't wait to come back. it will break your heart at first, but you will love it even more. people here are amazing, restaurants are back, beach is amazing and sunsets are breathtaking as always. we will appreciate your support by coming to the island and supporting our comeback:)
