Summary:

Gorgeous Luxury Home new construction. Bring together different family members for a fabulous vacation. Brand-new three-story home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Located on San Carlos Island close enough to the Fort Myers Beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the heavy seasonal traffic. Just under a mile to the beach!



Twelve guests can be comfortably accommodated with the use of a futon. It's possible to add in a couple more people with the use of air mattresses or cots. Lots of room in the house to accommodate.



The brand new pool and deck area are awesome, perfect for fun whether spending the day there or coming back after a hot day at the beach.

We loved our stay! It was a beautiful house and great location, perfect for multiple families vacationing together (like we did). Our only comment was the floors left our feet black all week, even after walking on them for just 5 or 10 minutes, requiring us to wear flip flops in the house all week, even right after a shower. We had 2 crawling babies with us so knowing they were crawling on that floor was a little disappointing. Aside from that, we loved our stay and would rent here again!

Wonderful home for a 3 generation family vacation!

We had 8 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5, and this home and its location to Fort Meyers Beach during spring break was perfect. It had everything we needed for fun - pool and sand toys, beach towels, beach chairs, bikes and everything we needed for cooking/eating at home - air fryer, blender, plastic plates and cups for the little ones, various serving/mixing/baking pans and bowls. Grocery shopping was easy with an Aldi, SuperWalmart, and liquor store all within 10 minutes. Though we went out for dinner at 2 close yummy restaurants, Nervous Nellies and Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille, it was easy to prepare our meals at the house since it was well supplied.The warm backyard pool was such a hit!! On one end, there is an area that fits 3 beach chairs so one can lounge right in the pool - this was a super area for the little ones too. Though the beach was close, we drove to it to get all the necessities (toys and chairs) there - parking right along the beach was only 5 per hour and there were spots still available when we went mid-morning. The beach was clean and the sand was great for playing in.The balconies were very nice, with the huge one off of the living space really useful. The neighborhood is quiet, so sitting on either balcony is peaceful.Barry accommodated our number of 12 by having 2 fold up twin beds for us - we placed each mattress on the floor of one of the upstairs walk-in closets and then had two quiet little "bedrooms" for the toddlers.Thank you Barry!

Great time, great home

The family enjoyed our stay. We had multi-generational individuals in the family on this vacation and everyone had a great time. The home met our expectations and the property manager even stopped by to ensure our needs were being met. Amazing

Barry is the most gracious host! The house and property was everything we could have asked for and more. It was clean, spacious, and had many items we wanted. He has pool toys, beach umbrellas, A COOLER, a beach cart, etc. this house is set up for a family to have an amazing relaxing vacation. Barry is very responsive and gracious. We have stayed in vrbo rentals for years and this was tier 1. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals for a family and friends. We will be coming back.

Fabulous Experience!

This property had everything you needed/wanted! Morning sun @ the pool & afternoon sun on the front deck. The property is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Barry was a fabulous host! If we are in the area again, this VRBO is on the top of the list.

Beautiful house

Our crew of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed this house. Lots of room for us to spread out or congregate in the kitchen/living/dining room area. Lovely porches to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine and the view of the water. Great location to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva. And the pool is heated! Would definitely book again!

Great house and host

My family was here for a reunion with my parent who are in their mid-90’s. It was a great location for us, and the house was just beautiful! The kitchen was very well stocked with abundant dishes and cookware/utensils. That’s rare in a rental house. We had a couple minor issues and Barry took care of them right away. He even interrupted his dinner to come over to help us take a photo of our family (4 generations). Highly recommend this house and host!

Great house and location

Property is in great shape, nice pool, and with in walking distance of a number of bars, restaurants and entertainment. there is even a bus/shuttle that picks you up on the corner and takes you to the beach so you do not have to drive/park.
