    Welcome to your getaway at Bayview Sunset Getaway upper duplex 4-bedroom 3-bath. You will love waking up to breathtaking views of the bay. You are close to Times Square. Just bring your small boat or kayak and tie it up to the dock. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a delicious meal in our well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy spending time around the pool with the family. We have a washer and dryer upstairs and downstairs for your convenience. You will find upstairs a king master bedroom, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, and a third-level loft area with a queen bed. You will find downstairs two queen beds in the master bedroom, a guest bedroom with a twin daybed with a twin trundle, a full bathroom, a living room, and a full kitchen.     Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If you are looking for a day trip, check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse, less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area has been rebuilt since Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to improve, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. The waterfront aspect of the backyard is what makes this home great! There's plenty of outdoor living space and views that are beautiful all day long (spectacular sunsets). The listing does define this as a duplex. However, I think the average renter would interpret that you are renting a side of a duplex. But your renting two separate duplexes which require you going outside to get to the other part of the home. If you're reasonably fit then you can walk across the bridge to get to activities but otherwise this is not within easy walking distance of anything. The immediate neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Given it sleeps 10 one would expect pota and pans to allow to cook for 10 but the cookware is small and in extremely poor condition.

This was a terrible experience. The property is not rent ready by any means and the main features we booked the property for were broken, unsafe, and unusable. Examples:- The pool masonry was broken, more than 30 bricks directly lining the pool had no grout or missing grout and if you step on them, they fall away into the pool. Incredibly dangerous for children and adults. - The pool was not cleaned or heated, making it 55-60 degrees and unusable. - The dock is completely broken and unusable with old rusty gear boxes sitting open on it. - The grill is broken - Broken built-in microwave - Moldy refrigerator - Broken base trim inside with jagged wood sticking out - Patio furniture broken beyond repair and unusable We raised these issues on day 1 and were told that the property management company was aware of the issues but did not have time to fix them, which is completely unethical as a business. We were then repeatedly lied to that someone was coming out to repair/replace the dangerous items, which never happened. Do not rent this property.
