Could be better
Nice property and location, but the management company could improve their customer service and experience, we had stayed at this beach before with different companies and had a very good experience, but this time was a disaster. We asked for early checking if it was possible, and yes they did call us 30 minutes before to tell us that they were going the extra mile by letting us check in 30 minutes early, little did they know we were park across from the property almost 2 hours waiting for the time and the property was empty, supply like toilet paper was limited, we felt harassed with the same questions and rules over and over (how many people were staying at the property and that we had to pay extra 75 for extra people) we were only 3 guests but the keep asking, the air conditioning broke and we were told midnight that the technician was able to come the next day, for that trouble of not sleeping that night and wasting the nect day because we were tired they offer us late check out that we couldn’t use because we had our plans already to leave at 11am which it was our check out time. I hope this honest review will help others decide if they want to rent with this company.
