Perfect Beach getaway!

Awesome location, one of the best streets on the island! Very clean cute first floor level two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with full kitchen. Beautiful pool on a great canal. Views of Estero Bay from the dock. Tiki Hut with sofa, 2 chairs,TV, and a gas grill, excellent outdoor living! This home is located on the North end of the island right near the new beautiful Margaritaville Resort. It's just a 5 minute walk to our sugar sand beach, shops, restaurants, Time Square, Bayside Park. I live in the 2nd floor unit with my 2 smaller dogs. We don’t use the pool or tiki when we have guests so you will have privacy. There's wifi, Max, Netflix, and Prime Video available if you want to catch a movie and a TV in the living room and each bedroom. You will love this home, the pool, the tiki hut and the location! The upper unit is available to rent separately or you can rent both units and have the entire home, pool and yard to yourself.

Nice place!

This rental was very nice and clean! It is small but was perfect for our family of 4. Pool area is gorgeous and it’s a short walk to the beach. The house had all the necessities we needed!

A fantastic holiday, Leah was the perfect host.

Beautiful pool

Loved our stay. The pool area was great. So was sitting on the dock in the morning. Leah was great to deal with. Couldn’t ask for a better location.

4th of July stay

It is a great place to get away! Is a private area and short distance from the beach. We were able to see the beach fireworks from the back dock was no need to be in the middle of a crowd.

Backyard Paradise!!

This was our second stay at Leah’s. Leah is a great host and the property is a mini paradise. We enjoyed Fishing from the dock and swimming in the pool. Highly recommend this property and we will be coming back. Thank You for a great time.

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing time. The pictures accurately represent everything. Super clean and the house smelled incredible! The pool and outside area was perfect for our family. Location was super convenient and the neighbors were very friendly. Very convenient being right on the canal. We rented a boat and we’re able to pull right up to the dock to load up. My 5 year old had a blast “hunting” the tiny lizards. We even saw some tiny crabs at low tide off the dock. Such a beautiful spot. Would rent again.

A retreat close to the action

The accommodations match the listing. Leah was very responsive to enquiries before we arrived. We took the opportunity to meet her in person and she offered restaurant and activity suggestions for our stay. The location is a short walk from Estero Boulevard, the beach and various bars and restaurants. You will appreciate how quiet the home and pool is after the spring break activity of the beach. We recommend Leah as host and this location for a future stay.

Location and pool area awesome

The location couldn't be better. Very quiet neighborhood but yet a short walk to the lively TImes Square area. The pool area is beautiful.

Great spot close to all the action!

This property is a great place for 2 couples or you and your children. It is in a very nice neighborhood that is within easy walking distance to the beach as well as Times Square. The pool and the area around it are as beautiful as they look in the pictures. We were in the heated pool everyday the sun was out and at night watching the cabana TV or just hanging out. The property has a beach cart along with chairs and a cooler and even sand toys for children. Being so close to everything meant you could walk to dinner or drinks and it was never more than a 15 minute walk. Leah was wonderful to interact with and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property if you're looking to stay in the Fort Myers Beach area!

Small inside but who cares when you are from Ohio and you want to be outside? Had all we needed!

Mark that off our bucket list! Staying at a house close to the beach and to wake up and drink coffee by the canal was something I've always dreamed of. Leah's space was perfect for just the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet but close to lots of fun bars. We enjoyed everything about outside by the pool and the hammock swings were great to chill and soak it all in. Thank you Leah for being a great host and letting us love on the pups!

Great place and location

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Very clean and comfortable place inside and out. We love having a private pool and the distance to Times Square is perfect. We would highly recommend this place.

Exotic tiki vibe

Place was awesome I had such a great time the location was A-1 anything you needed as far as the beach stores and restaurants were in walking distance but we didn’t have to do much of that because the pool and tiki hut were all we needed we needed ,we watched Sunday football from the pool from the tv in the tiki hut 5 stars!!!

Perfect girls getaway

Leah was a great host! House was perfect for us for a girls trip! Very relaxing and quite! Leah even brought in our groceries we ordered from PUBLIX because our flight was getting in so late. Hope to come again!

Perfect location filled with touches of love!

What Leah has created is a little slice of paradise to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. She thought of everything and each detail was well thought out with love. The place was so much more lovely than I could have imagined. The kitchen had everything I could ask for, I could access the outdoor stereo system and Apple tv. You could see just how much love was put into every detail. It was so lovely, with so much space to surround yourself with nature. The neighborhood was super safe and great and in close proximity to everything!

Perfect Location

Leah was a great host and the property was perfect for a small group getaway. The inside space is not huge but if you are inside, you are doing Fort Myers Beach wrong. It is the perfect location to go to the beach and walk to food and drinks. The pool is perfect to hangout and rest. The tiki was great to escape both sun and small showers that creeped up. Leah does have two small dogs that occasionally (and only with our permission) visited but they are very well behaved and friendly. We couldn't have found a better fit for a quick getaway. Thank you!

We had a great time, close to everything. Backyard is amazing, beautiful spot on the canal, great pool and tiki area. Owner was great and had great suggestions for places to eat and where to go to for entertainment. Loved her dogs as well! Thanks for your hospitality Leah!
