White Cap Beach condo is just steps away from the gulfs white sandy beach. Relax, unwind, and create beautiful memories in this 2b/2b condo! The master bedroom oasis has a king size bed, full bathroom, private balcony, and a streaming TV. The second bedroom boasts a beachy feel with two twin beds and a streaming TV. The living room has a pull out queen sofa and a new 60 inch 4k TV. The fully loaded kitchen contains all your cooking needs. Enjoy beach views from your front balcony.This beautiful Fort Myers Beach vacation rental is conveniently located mid island and has a gulf view of Fort Myers Beach. The condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for your relaxation and privacy. You’ll be comfortable in the master bedroom (King bed, walk-in shower) or guest bedroom with 2 twins and tub/shower in bath. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. A serene back lanai with seating and a lush tropical palm view awaits you outside the master bedroom.

The large front balcony is the perfect location to view the picturesque Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

This condo is located mid-island in the quieter residential area, away from high-rise buildings. It offers the opportunity to walk in either direction on the 7-mile long beach right out front. When you choose to relax on the beach, we provide beach chairs and towels for your use. Every 30-45 minutes during the day a trolley stops outside of the condo and can take you around the island. No need to get in a car the Publix grocery store is conveniently located only 2 driveways away. Behind the condo on the back bay, you will find Snook Bight marina for fishing charters. You can also enjoy Junkanoo bar and grill and Fresh Catch for fine waterfront dining.

Three TVs, and shared pool. Outdoor features: balcony, lanai. Kitchen: full kitchen, cooking utensils provided, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker. Free WiFi. The elevators are NOT working at this time. You will need to walk up a flight of steps to get into the unit. Please keep in mind Fort Myers Beach was hit with category 5 hurricane Ian on September 28,2022. The entire island is re-building and has some construction noise. The condo unit is now under some exterior repairs it will not hinder you views of the the beach or access to beach as of today (September 1,2024)and until I change this post the pool is closed due to repairs and should only closed for 2 weeks. You can reach out to me for updates.

The perfect condo for our small family vacation.
We were so excited to stay close to Fort Myers Beach for vacation with some family members visiting us from Ohio. It was super cozy and comfortable; we had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as some pantry items and toiletries to start us off, which was much appreciated. You can't beat the location which is right across the road from the beach access and also a bus stop for public transport up and down the beach. Having Publix next door was even better, as we didn't have to travel far for anything. We had fantastic views from the front deck and back lenai. My toddler enjoyed watching the egrets, ducks, and herons in the pond. She also enjoyed the pool toys provided in the closet, particularly the blue ball and bat! While we didn't get to enjoy the ocean due to algea and debris from Tropical Storm/Hurricane Debbie, we were still able to enjoy the pool, walks on the beach, and the gorgeous sunset views on the front deck. Tawnia was easy to contact when we needed her and was a great host. Our entire stay, our whole family kept remarking how great of a place it is, and we can't wait to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your own slice of paradise with us!

Great place for family
Spring break trip for family of 4. 2 boys 14 and 11. The condo is further down the island and away for the busier area. Every time we went to the beach, there was plenty of space to throw a ball or play frisbee. Beach is right across the street-maybe a 2 minute walk. Grocery store right next door. Also restaurant behind the grocery store does to-go orders or you can sit and enjoy. Condo is great!! 2 bedrooms( 3 beds) and 2 baths. Main bedroom also has a balcony off the back. You can sit out front as well and enjoy the waves, talk with the neighbors, or people watch if you so choose. Beach towels, sand toys. Beach chairs, cooler- all provided! Owners were very helpful-offered up suggestions on things to do and places to eat. 100% we will be staying here again! There is nothing like an ocean sunset! And watching the sunset over Sanibel is just gorgeous! We just left and we already miss it!!

Wonderful Escape
This place was perfect for us! 2 adults and 3 late teens. Location was excellent! Grocery store next door great! Plenty of room and Ocean view beautiful! A must stay! Down island far enough to avoid worst of traffic. Would/Will stay again! Thanks for a wonderful place!

Very nice stay! Very short walk to a grocery store. Amazing views of the gulf. Short drive to many places. Island is slowly being rebuilt after Ian but still places to go and things to do. Kids loved finding shells on the beach. Safe area, felt comfortable letting preteen and teen walk on beach without us. The cooler, beach chairs and soft sided wagon full of beach stuff was great!!!! Would definitively stay again!

Beautiful clean across from beach
Absolutely perfect for family of four to have a quick beach getaway. Loved watching sunset from front porch and walking across the street to beach. Being next door to Publix was great. Apartment was so clean and well stocked. Tawnia was very responsive and attentive to make sure we were doing well. Thank you and look forward to returning.

Quick winter getaway
We left the cold of Ohio for a quick winter warm up. Although the weather wasn’t ideal we had a great trip. Our accommodations were just what we were looking for. Our unit was clean, amenities were very appreciated and our host kept in contact with us to make sure our stay was pleasant. The location was perfect, right across from the beach. Relaxing Stay
We enjoyed a relaxing week in the condo. We appreciated that the condo has an ocean view is a very short walk to the beach. We found it very convenient that Publix is located within 5 minutes of the condo.

Can't wait to return to this fabulous condo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, the beautiful view of the beach, and the 1 min walk to the ocean. Publix is right next door which was great for groceries. We will be back soon!

Should be Off the Market- Not Ready
Unsafe. No interior locks, no working lock on slider, no lights in stairwell for the whole building, no elevator, no pool, no internet tv in master bedroom, no people there… on top of that, the beach had piles of Dead Sea creatures and debris, the whole are stunk like sewer. No beach available due to the pile of sewage dumped there. It was so bad, there were TV cameras when we got there broadcasting the stench and conditions there. The owner/ property manager had over a week to let me know the conditions. It shouldn’t have been on VRBO and other sites. Had to go to another hotel- not safe. No lighting… Owner is declining to refund the fees/ money. I have tv footage - terrible.

We booked this condo because it looked perfect for our long weekend getaway AND because Tania was the most responsive host when we were asking questions. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed for a family of 4. The beach is just across the street and mid island was quiet! Publix is right next door! We spent a lot of time in the chairs in the front balcony. We would highly recommend this stay!!

Amazing!
This condo was perfect, very clean! We loved the wagon and all the beach gear provided. This is literally across the street from the beach, perfect for small children. The pool was nice and there is a Publix within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!
