The Guest Bedroom has Two Double Beds and a Full Guest Bath with Tub/Shower Combo right next door. The open Living Area has comfortable seating to enjoy a large flat screen TV (with DIRECT TV Service) and a large dining table. (there's also a sleeper sofa for overnight guests) Fully equipped, remodeled Kitchen with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher, granite countertops, new cabinets and all dishware and cookware.

For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the unit (no going home with dirty laundry!), free in-unit Wifi for working remotely or making dinner reservations, a building elevator, secured lobby, and ample parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
