Good location

The house was very clean and nicely decorated! I always take a bottle of cleaner when I go on vacation because there’s always something that needs cleaning but not here! I didn’t even take it out of my bag. I do suggest mirrors in the bedrooms and an umbrella for the tables by the pool. We were very disappointed in the ocean water…it was a very strange color and we couldn’t see through it and locals said it had been that way for some time. Nothing they could do about that though.

Nice house

Nice house/ very clean / but not very accommodating- we needed an early check in (which didn’t happen) and also asked for a later check out ( also didn’t happen) other than that the house was very good!

Great Family Vacation

Loved the property. The house was clean and furnished well. Each bedroom had overhead lights/ceiling fan, side table with lamp, and TV. Despite being located on the main road, traffic noise was minimal. Super close walk to the beach. We were surprised with the outdoor storage being supplied with beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. Lots of pool towels too! The pool was easy access around back. Great temperature while we were there in the middle of February (seemed like it must have been heated!!) We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked. The property management requests all unused/unopened food to be discarded or left for donation. Therefore there is nothing left from a prior visit. You need everything from salt and pepper to coffee filters. The coffee machine is both a drip and Keurig option. We noticed there are a lot of properties that are still under major renovations (hurricane damage), it seemed like when we were going to the beach, it was less crowded, we felt like we had an area nearly to ourselves! Traffic was tough in the afternoon and early evenings. Seemed like it wasn’t worth leaving the property in a car most of the time. We were there for family time, the pool, and beach, but definitely had to sit in mile long slowdowns to get off the island or go to the grocery store. We’re not sure how much construction has impacted the traffic patterns.

Family Spring Break Getaway

This property was great. It is conveniently located across the street from the beach public access. The property did have some chairs and umbrellas with a wagon to use on the beach. The location is about 1 mile from the bustling areas of Times Square, so we found it to be peacefully quite. There are a lot of restaurants within a very short walking distance and, for longer distances, the tram stops just a few steps away. The pool was warm and welcoming for the children. We found the kitchen to be fully equipped. Overall, the place was very clean and orderly with the exception of some buildup and dust from the AC units - to be expected so close to the ocean. Thank you for a great little family getaway!

Perfect location!!

We loved our stay so much!! The location is absolutely perfect - beach across the street, private pool at the home (bigger than it appears in pics), and public pool right behind the house with kiddie play area and a water slide! Rent e-scooters and e-bikes a block away, and you can get literally anywhere on the beach quickly without having to battle traffic. The house had everything you could possibly need. There was an issue with the front lock keypad upon arrival, but the property manager came out promptly to address it and we had no other issues. We will definitely be back, thank you so much for an amazing vacay!!

Sunny home away from home

Overall, we were happy with our stay! We just experienced little things…like the lack of storage for our own belongings (like dressers), frequently needing to manually change the washing machine to spin (despite recommendations from the maintenance on how to avoid that), extremely slow water pressure in the master bathroom, a leaky dishwasher (maintenance fixed this for us mid-vacation) etc. Even so, we were happy with our stay. We loved the location because it wasn’t so busy, but it was an easy mile walk to the pier. The pool was fantastic and the beach supplies, like chairs, a wagon and an umbrella were so useful. I was hesitant on renting a duplex, with having to share the pool with neighbors. We only shared the pool area one night, and we really enjoyed the company! The rest of the week, the duplex was rented by people that weren’t around as much, but they were also very kind and considerate. I would definitely be interested in this place again, especially if we have another family joining us, and we could rent the entire duplex.

Family Wedding

We stayed for a long weekend and had lots of fun! The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 6. Everyone had their privacy when needed. The pool was amazing! We were very close to the beach. Everything was provided for us including all the beach accessories you may need. The only negative was I tried to message the owner prior to our stay through VRBO and never recieved a reply back.

Great Spring Break

The property was wonderful, the beach is just a 2 minute walk and yet we were on the less busy end. we would stay there again, it was great with the small grandkids too, they loved the pool.

Nice Place, didn’t solve some minor issues

We enjoyed the house. Good location, clean and good amenities. Only worry was when we reached out about minor issues, management responded quickly but we never saw anyone. A few times took us a good 8 minutes to get in the door as the lock wouldn’t open. But overall would stay again and recommend to friends.

Perfect getaway

Loved everything about this place! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful beach house with close/walking distance restaurants and shops! Our 2 1/2 year old loved going to the beach across the street and to the private pool on property and my sister loved the walking scenery and local shops in the area. We definitely would stay here again

Disclosure

A few items to consider: It would have been nice to see a disclosure that the pool and BBQ are shared. The television had only a few channels to view and everything was extra. We tried to link up with streaming technology but on that TV and box was difficult.
